The Beaumont Tiles Studio

We went into the Malvern store with no idea what to do or choose. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Matt, who helped us through our whole renovations. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what would suit our style and our needs. Absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Would highly recommend Matt and the Malvern team

Beaumont Tiles Malvern were fabulous in helping create our dream bathrooms. Alysha was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in guiding our tile selection. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We’ve been working with an online designer through Beaumont and she’s been fantastic. Our bathroom reno is now on the way to actually starting - builder is booked - and Michelle helped us create a vision we’re wrapped with. We’re particularly grateful for her help afterwards - post our initial online design meeting she has been prompt with answering all queries (there’s been a lot!) in a very professional and friendly manner. Every time. We are so very grateful and would recommend this service to anyone:)

Awful rude staff. Was charged $5.00 to take home one small tile. Older woman sits at front desk barks at you when you enter store and asks "what do you want, in a nasty tone? ". (generally if I enter a tile showroom it is to view tiles and not buy a fridge?). When I requested marble she continued to be uninterested, never got off her chair, and commenced gossiping to a co-worker. Zero interest in selling merchandise. Pretty cheap product too. I suggest you visit National Tiles for a far better experience. I am not affiliated to either.

The best range of tiles I had seen after visiting several other tile stores. The customer service was also the best by far! Mark Thomas helped us with every aspect of tile selection, measuring, quotes, best price, tiler recommendation and Mark went out of his way to help! Michelle and the team at Beaumont were really patient and helpful with the selection of all of the items required for the renovation. They made selecting the right products easy and the after sales service was excellent

Michelle has been fantastic with my order and selecting a grout colour to match my tiles.
There was a hiccup with the tile collection and Michelle handled it very professionally and with great courtesy and expediency. I can't fault Michelle's service from start to finish.

Great selection of tiles. Staff could have been a bit more helpful but however I still purchased because of pricing.

Good selection of tiles, but I found the lady who attended to us pretentious. It was my first time buying tiles so I’d prefer to be more guided from service staff, not made to feel looked down upon

Courteous staff but because we were buying for a property in NSW we were sent away and told to ring the store and order ourselves. Poor form.

I found the female attendees to be all very friendly engaging and helpful within a very busy environment.
In particular I thank Lara Marotta who was very patient with me and my many changes of mind. Even after paying my deposit and calling one week later to change my mind yet again Lara was understanding and obliging. Lara provided a customer service of the highest quality standard.

Don't shop here.well you can't! As you don't get approached by the three young girls behind the counter, checking their FB accounts most probably. Spent about 30 mins in the store and not once was asked if they could help.
We had to head to Geelong and stopped at Beaumont at Hoopers Crossing and Tony was one of the most accommodating sales persons I've encountered.
We have ended up using National Tiles but our first impression of Beaumont at Malvern was terrible.

Very helpful and courteous. Alex was a great help. Happy to give samples and emailed me costs straight after calling her with sizes. Very nice showroom and lots of water on hand which was a relief seeing how hot the day was.

Helpful and staff knew what they were on about but only supplied upmarket stuff so were way over my budget. Found similar stuff at a lower price elsewhere

Terrible service. They have a sale catalogue that they don't have in display at this store as they don't sell the package deals. Rip off. Hardly any display. They want you to buy what they have in that store which is all higher end of what other Beaumont's offer.
Their reply, oh well, we can't put all toilets on display? !
