We recently visited looking for wall tiles for tall pillars outside a dou le storey house, and my friend is planning a large renovation of their home.
Recommend Beaumont Tiles studio if you are renovating or a Builder. Well thought out space designed to provide a tactile experience for Wall and Floor Tile selection. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the studio has a very large range of bathroom and tile products.
Check out their Visualiser Tool - it's amazing and makes colour selection seamless.
The coffee machine in the centre tells you how much they appreciate your time there and the "warm" welcome. It's interesting that Beaumont is now a Bunnings business and that the fantastic service we're used to at Bunnings is consistent here as well, if not better.

We visited Beaumont's Malvern a number of times when planning out our bathroom. Thea was super helpful and friendly at all times, taking us through available combinations and ideas. We are super happy with our tile selection and quality, and the look of the finished product.

There was a supply side issue, that Kosta (store manager) went well beyond normal levels of service to help resolve. Great ambassadors for the Beaumont's brand!

I can't speak highly enough of the team in this store. They have helped with everything from bathroom design to product selection and everything in between. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the proactive communication a refreshing change. I special shout out to Kosta Gikas who I first dealt with at the Oakleigh Store, good luck with your move to Malvern and keep up the great customer service.

The help that I got from Kosta has been so efficient, productive and with such a very caring attitude. I have never encountered someone like Kosta who has made everything so simple and possible with obstacles completely removed.

I couldn't recommend Beaumont Tiles Malvern more highly. Noelle and Erica provided excellent service and "got' my concept immediately and weren't phased when I changed my mind completely. Noelle's attention to detail and the ease in which she sorted everything I need for my bathroom was amazing and such a relief. I thought I couldn't do it myself but with the help of Noelle and Erica it was a breeze. Can I just add that I went to a few bathroom stores and the service provided by Beaumont Tiles and the lovely Noelle and Erica was so much more superior to the other places I visited and all with a lovely can do attitude and smile. An inviting showroom with plenty of samples to view and excellent service from the store manager, Noelle. Her product knowledge, advice and assistance was excellent. It was a rewarding shopping experience that will have me returning to shop again!

From start to finish I can honestly say it was a wonderful and stress free experience.
Erica’s knowledge of product was exceptional and helped us decide on colour (something I would not have considered) and size for our renovations.
The ordering process and estimation of amount was spot on. Even after the contractor changed installation dates, Erica was quick to contact the warehouse and rearrange delivery.
She also organised a replacement box within a day when one was found damaged.
Now that our flooring is complete, we are thrilled with the result.
Thanks again, and will definitely be returning for any future tiling needs.

Visited the Beaumont studio to look at tiles for home renovations. No one greeted us except for a woman behind the desk who demanded we sign in for covid tracing even though she wasn't wearing a mask properly herself. We looked around for a bit then left. Would recommend you go elsewhere for tiles.
