The Baths Middle Brighton Restaurant & Cafe

Not good. Monday morning no snacks or toasties available not up to their usual standards. Such a beautiful position, looking over the water. This area deserves better.

Enjoyed a good meal and equally good service here today. A tonic to the soul watching the waves rolling in
and appreciate COVID restrictions being released some.esp for hospitality folk.

We had our wedding here last weekend and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything was super easy and smooth from initial meeting and planning to booking the venue and celebrating on the day. We had a sit down dinner and food was great, we couldn't finish our portions. All our guests very super happy, the staff were really friendly and accomodating. Additional thanks to the event manager Megan, who was very helpful, patient and always found the way to meet our needs and wishes for the day. We used very little decoration as the venue itself and the view is lovely and modern. If you looking for the venue to host your event look no further.

Great Views - Woeful food. Wouldnt eat here again. Burger + Chips and Fish+Chips you'd think would be pretty flawless and easy - but amongst the worst ever had. Greasy battered fish cooked in underheated fryer obviously, and a burger bun that was more like a crispbread - either week old stale or frozen and poorly defrosted - as was the burger which was pre-cooked and re-heated I'd guess. Would not eat here - views are brilliant, staff do their best, food is seriously bad.

The place was poorly managed.not adequate staff to look at each table we waited quite long to be served.one of the blonde staffs didnt even bother to hear about wat we say while the other girl was humble.food was put into wrong table.place is expensive without proper service.

Poorly managed and unorganised. Food was ok but did not warrant the price. I was overcharged as our order was put through as another's order. When I realised and returned to explain the situation, it took them quite a while to retrieve my order and I was not paid back in full.

The restaurant was fantastic. Stunning view and especially beautiful sunset and the sea. Food was light and delicious. The staff was very polite and attentive, especially Julia, who was one of our waitresses. We had an amazing experience. If you are looking for an elegant place with certain chic and vavavoom.that's the place to consider.
I would strongly recommend it and we will definitely go back.

We had an amazing experience with our intimate sit down wedding at The Baths Middle Brighton. Megan was fantastic right throughout the planning process and especially on the day when our plans changed due to rainy weather. The choice food menu and beverages were all superb.

Outstanding food, outstanding service. We couldn't have asked for more. Megan is an amazing event manager. All of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to. Thank you for making our big day so special.

Very sub par beer battered fish and chips, do not recommend bringing your guests/visitors here but couldn’t knock the free tomato sauce. Great location and service.

Very disappointed in the food, had scrambled egg on toast - egg rubbery, 1 piece of toast $12. Had to sit outside as inside did not open till 12noon and it was freezing and very windy. Won't go back again.

Visited the restaurant twice with my husband and daughter. Absolutely love their service and the food is exceptional. I can always count on having a great experience when visiting Baths. Highly recommend!

Forgot our order for several people waited an hour and we never got our food.terrible service and no apology.they still charged us full price for drinks.

We sat outside under cafe umbrellas - it was rainy. Good service, good food. We both had the calamari dish, lightly fried, probably dry fried, so no heavy batter and not heavily crumbed. Delicious.

Not a bad spot for some drone photography. You have the pier and then the enclosed baths as good subjects to Photograph. It's also not a bad spot for sunrise photography. When your out on the pier you can get some great views of the city skyline. Looks great at night too. You are also just up the road from the Brighton Beach boxes

At approx 5pm on 23rd/12/2018 I attended and had bragged to my friends on how good the location was only to be let down by a waitress (don't know her name / though had blonde hair). She walked past my group on 3 occasions and served other people who came in after my group. Subsequently waved her in and mentioned that we had waited for her to serve us, to which she said, "oh you must have slipped in without me noticing". The place has a nice vibe, the prices ain't cheap, luckily, food is, service from this one waitress made me feel uncomfortable and I personally wanted to leave. Arvo carried on and Consequently would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. I hope the manager reads this

The main wait staff choose who they want to serve and treat people based on age and what they wear. The food was average for what you pay. Wouldn't recommend this place if you want proper hospitality. Just snobby behaviour.

Such a delight to be served by a conscientious Steve, after being seated by a woman who left us to read a menu but never came back to take our orders. Having gf and nf needs, he was only too happy to find out our options from the chef.
Delicious dish n chips over looking a very tired facade of an old building which could do with some sprucing up.

My partner ordered a burger for each of the family and they handed him a bag, but it didn't seem much. He asked are you sure is that all and they said yes, but two burgers were missing. He had to go back for them.

I ordered a salmon and prawn burger but it was awful, after one bite I stopped eating it. The pattie was full of breadcrumbs and very stinky fish, bits of skin in the pattie - but mostly bread and the pattie was grey on the inside.

I asked for no chips but they gave me chips anyway. I ate one and it was also terrible, not worth the calories, so therefore very easy to resist eating them.

My partner said the cheeseburger meat was dry and tasteless. We expected much better for the price.
What a waste.

The service was not good at all.
Espresso Martini did not contain even a drop of alcohol.
Fish and Chips was not delicious and had a skin on it.
