Worst fish and chips ive ever had i just moved into the area wanted to treat the kids the potato cakes were over cooked they were brown and dry and fish was over cooked batter was brown was like eating rubber i through it to the birds uneatable

Worst customers service. Rude and constantly giveing stares for no reason. Fast cooking tho. So it aiite

I really don't understand some of the negative reviews this place has had. The staff were lovely and friendly. The chips were crispy and well cooked, as were the flake and potato cakes. My piece of grilled flake was especially delicious and well seasoned. On top of all that it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Been going here for nigh on 30 years, through several owners, still delicious, straight up fish and chips. Grab a pack, head over to the park and enjoy.

The staff seemed disinterested but the steak sandwich with bacon and pineapple was fantastic.
As a quick feed not bad at all.

Love my local fish & chip shop. Friendly people and good service even when they are super busy. They do a tasty burger, the chips are always fresh and salty and I always find an extra potato cake in my order:)

I honestly don't what people are saying. Easily one of the best in the Boronia/Basin/FTG area. The Grilled Flake is coated with a beautiful crumb and cooked perfect every time we get it. Chips and potato cakes are always fresh and made on the day. You also get a very generous amount compared to other local stores who have very misguided ideas of what a minimum of chips is or how to clean their oil. Been coming here for years and tried everywhere else. A+

This place is great! So many happy customers that come back regularly! Staff are nice and inviting! I love working there!
