Melbourne’s Best Fish and chips and No 1 in Cranbourne. The service is very good staff is so friendly and professional. Food is really fresh and authentic. Everyone must try once

Nothing was crispy but after 20-30 min delivery fair enough. Put everything in the air fryer

Potato cakes under chips to make it look like more (local fish and chips large chips is full tray on its own).

How do you manage to both wildly undercook CHICKEN and overcook it to the point where it’s as hard as a rock?

how can you see this and put it into a bag to give to a customer instead of starting over fresh?

Avoid this overpriced unkept dump, check prices before ordering anything 9.99 for a plain burger lmao

Food wasnt the best, staff had 0 hairnets and no gloves, male worker held the chicken patty in his bare hands just before that was sweeping and got dirt and leftover crumbs all over my shoes and didnt even ask me to move just sweeped over my feet, other male didnt even look old enough to be in highschool, also wasnt were a hairnet and had is hair going everywhere, staff was unorganised but the manager was friendly

Our 1st experience with the new owners (prev Georges fnc).
Clearly spoilt by our regular Fish & Chip shop, we were extremely disappointed with the quality and amount of food for our money. Having never spent more than $35 on our regular order, we were shocked at how little we got for the $38.00 we spent.

Nugget pack with 4 nuggets and a hand full of chips.
6 separate nuggets, 5 steamed dimmies and 3 fish bites.
The chips were dry and we had expected enough in the pack to fill the bottom of the box, not a small handful.
For the money we paid vs the food received, we should have just driven through Maccas.
Up your game, because you have some excellent competition in your immediate area.

I’ve been there twice they have very delicious food that served with good quality. I recommend to everyone must visit there to try their food.

I bought a Barramundi Burger and i found a hair in my burger. I felt absolutely disgusted and i had to throw my burger away which i paid $10.50.
Staff were lacking hygiene by not wearing hair nets or gloves. Whilst waiting for my food i witnessed one of the male staff preparing food and also touching his hair.

Customer service was good and staff were nice and friendly. However, i would never buy anything from this place again as they need to improve in hygiene.

Chips were good. Fish bites awful, tasteless and oil soaked. Sorry guys. Service was good but they need to improve on cooking of fish. Wont be back sadly. Maybe for just chips

Time management is appalling. According to them it will be a 20 minutes wait but it turned out to be an hour. The chips are stale. The grilled fish is too sour so we aren't sure if it is the seasoning or not. This isn't the first time we had experience this too.

The chips were overcooked and stale.
The flake was broken and the fish was undercooked, and it gave me stomach problems. Food is terribly over priced for the quality and is not worth the long waiting time.
The shop is very unsanitary and I've heard that they don't replace the oil at all.
They also forgot to include my potato cakes and refused to refund it.

I had a lamb souvlaki and chips and it was very yummy. The food was fresh and it was very filling. I would recommend coming here.

Went there last thursday and got flake n chips, disgusting the chips were under cooked the flake was oily and greasy, The oil is old they use, got sick never again
