Really disappointed with the one staff member that was approved and allowed to wear gym shorts that were so short that her back side was literally hanging out the back. Very unprofessional also very disgusting to have to look at that in a high ranked shoe shop.
Hoping that she realises that athletes foot is a shoe shop NOT a strippers.

My clients that I had with me that needed new shoes were shocked and disgusted as well. There was no difference between her shorts and underwear. If she uses this as a selling point that's even worse.

Couldn’t recommend Jeremy enough. As a support worker, took 2 child clients to get new shoes. Jeremy made the whole experience fun and a safe environment for the kids! Even when walking out one of the girls said “I liked that man”! Thank you for making the girls feel comfortable and being so understanding.

My wife and myself visited this shop early one morning. No other customers were in shop apart from us…. We stood deliberately over a style & size of some footwear. Two shop assistants stood chatting behind the register without acknowledging our presence. After waiting sometime we decided we should move on as we didn’t wish to interrupt them to ask for assistance. Age discrimination….

The acid test for any retail store is how they handle returns and complaints. I purchased a pair of Brokks that started to fall apart several months after I bought them. I spent $260.00 on them and their performance was just not up to scratch.

I took them back and was offered a new alternative brand, no questions asked. Excellent!

Bought Asics GT 1000 shoes on the website with free express delivery. Tried them on and thought the heel was a bit "springy" called Frankston store and spoke to a lovely young man who gave thorough friendly professional advice. Well done

Useless customer service. Had booked in for a shoe fitting/assessment, and couldn’t even get the attention of either worker on the floor, no acknowledgement of entering the store.

I did a click and collect here which was no longer in stock so received an email that they had refunded me, I asked them when the refund would be processed and got a reply back saying it’d take 5 business days into my account. I paid using after pay and replied straight away saying I had not received an email with the return, Georgia stopped replying to me making me feel like I was in the wrong.

I had to follow up another 2 times to get this order refunded, turns out they didn’t process it correctly because as soon as I asked to check again, the emails came through within half an hour. Terrible customer service having to chase and follow up a refund due to their own stock issues. It’s infuriating when you need to point out they are not doing their job.

Was on a break and didn't have alot of time sales assistant at Frankston Jussy made my experience so easy customer service was great will be back

New shoes always feel good, but to have great service from a friendly helpful human, it makes the feel even that more special, seems to be the only place to get New Balance shoes as well? I went to the store to complain about a pair of Asic sneakers that I had brought from there in November 2021 that were starting to crack on the top of the sneaker above the toe line and that it was probably caused by them being a size too big and their answer was I should have gone back and complained about the size within 30 days.

This is the only place I have been able to buy shoes for my 2 youngest sons, now 19 and 24. They both have size 15 feet and are a 4e width fitting. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 5

They were so helpful here and explained why I had problems with feet/shoes.
Will go back to them for more shoes
