Amazing customer service! Visited the store on Tuesday 26th april, great customer service by VICTORIA, who did a “Myfit 3D scan” of my feet, provided perfect measurements, gave great expertise on the fitting and shoe designs. Recommended!

Service was awesome! Managed to walk in.get served and a new pair of shoes in under 10 min during peak hour

Store is pretty nice. The staff where friendly, they measured my son up on the gizmo which was cool. Unfortunately after all that they did not have the shoe my son wanted in his size. Maybe next time

Probably I'm too old to comment here but nice shop. Helpful staff but to me pretty high prices. But to be honest didn't compare it to other shops.

Great service and help choosing most suitable shoes to your needs. Feet were tested and results shown. Given choices of correct fitting shoes. Not easy to find given address on Web. Thank you Lloyd at Fountain Gate store. Thank you for your great service.

Great service till I got to the front and copped the manager. Had a $30 voucher that should have been on my account, but she’d rather treat me like I made it up and to get out of her way. Don’t expect reasonableness.

We went to Fountain Gate to look for some runners for my Hubby, who has an extremely wide foot! After going to a few sports shops, we ended up at The Athlete’s Foot, so he could be fitted correctly. We were served by a Trainee called Rav. We would like to commend Rav on his patience, knowledge and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for him, his confidence and advice was fantastic. I very rarely ever write public reviews. However I had amazing customer service experience from Lloyd at the Fountain Gate store. He was very patient and had excellent customer relation skills. The store was very busy. However he was not only patient with me but had a beautiful manner and approach with an elderly customer too. I couldn't leave the store without thanking him but also had to mention to the in-store manager.

Always very friendly and helpful when in store with great advice. These 857 shoes are very comfortable.

I was served by a trainee, named Alina. She did an amazing job. We went through the usual fitting process which was easy. I gave her a budget and she came out with 3 pairs of shoes, 1 was over budget. I ended up buying the most expensive because Alina was extremely helpful, showed what I needed and she was very kind. Keep it up Alina

Always helpful staffs. They didn't have the shoes i want cos it's not stocked at their store, but another. Staff showed me how to check availability online. Found it. Helpful.

Recently tried to buy some shoes here. I was shopping at fountain gate for over 3 hours. In that time I popped in athlete's foot 3 different times. Each time I waited 10 minutes for some help and nothing! Not even an acknowledgement that I was there holding a 300 dollar pair of shoes. Came home and brought them on brooks website for $60 off the price there so it was worth my time to learn that online is better and there is no need for this brick and morta store

Helpful staff, did a great job with my daughter for her first set of school shoes. Thanks very much to the trainee that fitted her today, good job!

Special shout out to Nathan, he was fantastic with our two girls. He really engaged with them which made our experience so much better. And his knowledge on the products was outstanding
