Great shop. Been struggling with a foot injury. Served by a young lad, Harris, who was very friendly and informative. Bought a pair of trainers and some insoles!

Every time I go there I get really good customer service. The first time was when my son needed his first school shoes and the staff member was amazing with him. The fitting service is great and it’s kept on file. I take both my kids there when they need new shoes and just recently went there for myself. I was shopping for new runners and the staff member really knew his stuff about runners and running. I’m so happy with my purchase and my experience there. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Absolutely excellent service, total focus on the customer and the best possible fit.

Went with my Mum who had been having a lot more back pain than normal.

She walked out in her new shoes and only 45-60 minutes later remembered that she was wearing brand new shoes! (Even her Podiatrist was very pleased with the shoes chosen for her!)

She's worn them almost constantly since purchase. Not inexpensive, but 100% worth it - especially the extensive, multi-point fitting.

[I was also pleased with my purchase, fitting, etc, but a bad ankle made walking less comfortable - though a 100% improvement on what I'd been wearing! ]

If you are having foot, ankle, knee or hip trouble, and even lower back pain? There is very little (from a non-medical/-medicinal perspective) that you can do for yourself that will have greater impact than getting properly fitted shoes/sneakers - that has been my experience - and very few places fit properly, any more.

Recently purchased a pair of New Balance work shoes.
Very happy with my purchase.
Basically like normal sports shoes but with steel caps.
The best-looking pair I have ever purchased.
Not cheap.
But, definitely worth the money
First time since I was in primary school that I have been measured for shoes.

I had a lot of help finding a shoe for my Flat Feet. I got recommended to get the ASICS Kayano and they are working wonders. Emma helped me pick the right size and diagnose by foot problem almost instantly and picked me the perfect shoe and size. The Athletes Foot is the greatest store to get Shoes for everyone at and Emma was very helpful

I have been trying to buy new runners for about a month! And I just found it overwhelming every single time!
I walked into a few other shops they were no help!
Today Ish served me and he was amazing! Remembered my baby’s name.nothing was a a hassle I actually had a voucher for another shop but bought from here instead because he was beyond helpful! Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Jammy for her wonderful service. While it was a busy Saturday and all staff were run off their feet, Jammy was able to serve 3 customers at once while not making them wait. We still received excellent 1 on 1 service.

More stores need staff like this.

I have been a customer with The athlete’s shoes fountain gate since 2015, bought at least 6 pair shoes from the store. Previous experience was always great, being looked after and got fitted shoes and nice design.
I were excited to come to the store to buy new pair of shoes for work yesterday, maybe something new design shoes because I recently received the mobile message about new hoka runner.
3-4 staff were just standing and chatting with others, not even acknowledged the customers.
My husband had to go to approach them to ask for help.
The sale staff Victoria was not helpful
no initiative in sells, “don’t care attitude” when I said I would like to buy a new design with similar support that I have with previous shoes. She did not offer or advise what they have in store, single answer provided when I asked question. At the end, I purchased new pair with old design. Being honest, love the quality of products in The athlete’s shoes. However I am disappointed with the service yesterday.

Nic served my 4 young grandchildren, for their new shoes. So very professional, patient and thorough. Cannot speak highly enough about his service.

We had visited Narre Warren outlet after we were referred by our family friend about the speciality of the technology used by The Athlete's Foot to differentiate each and every customer's requirement. There was some issue with the system when we went there for our daughters problem who needed a needed a special shoe. But still the sales person Victoria patiently looked after us and gave us a good solution with her best of knowledge.
