I came in with my partner today to get some recommendations on some shoes. We were assisted by Kai and he was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly and did an amazing job taking us through the test process and explaining what types of shoes would be a fit for us. He brought out several pairs that matched our colour preferences and helped us narrow down our choices by explaining the uniqueness and strengths of each shoe. My partner found some great Skechers that she ended up getting and I had some great food for though to take away about what I should be looking for in a shoe.

Would definitely recommend Kai and the team here although the store is small and doesn’t have the largest selection of shoes so that is a consideration for anyone going.

Went in just to see what was available nowadays for sore feet due to standing all day, ended up purchasing!
Emma was AMAZING and walked me through the entire process which was fun and informative in itself, they let me try on 3-4 pairs across a few brands until I found one that worked out.
I highly recommend this company if you are looking to talk to people who actually know how to fit a shoe.

Always check out the latest kikz here, great range of asics, usual prices but quality is always good. Really friendly staff who have a great deal of experience in finding the perfect shoes for your own personal needs and comfort. Very helpful staff, more helpful than other active shoe shops I have tried in the city. They take care in assessing your foot size and gait. Maybe not as extensive range of brands.

I do not mind the fact that they have unbelievably limited selection of shoes in store. The staff are friendly and the services they offer are helpful. But the store itself is a bit understaffed. I was given a shoe to try on and I was happy with it, but I couldn't do anything other than sitting and looking at people and shoes since the individual who was attending me was also busy attending two more customers.

Very good service. We walked in in Sunday afternoon during the covid restriction as partner needed shoes for running. Staff conducted very good assessment, checked feet, explained, gave suggestion. Highly recommended.

Good staff, a huge selection and very nicely laid out. Not a massive fan of the name, for obvious reasons but highly recommended.

Needed an upgrade after being a loyal ASICS wearer for 15 years and went in with an open mind.
Steve fitted me up with the 3D scam and reviewed my contact points etc. He gave me 6 options and spend 20-30 minutes with me and had the best footwear buying experience I have had.

I've never been into an athlete's foot store before, I couldn't believe how helpful they were.
I bought a pair of shoes, then after I walked out I checked how much I could have bought the same shoes at a different store.and I could have saved $70.
It's my own fault for not shopping around, but I was still surprised that they were that much more expensive than other similar stores.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They liked a chat while we waited for a search for specific shoes from all their stores.
