The Athlete's Foot

Staff/Management have no customer service skills or even interest! I bought shoes online that looked different in store. Unused, unworn, they wouldn't exchange the shoes for the exact same brand/model in a different colour. Now I have expensive shoes I don't really like.and won't ever shop Athletes Foot again (after buying many pairs here previously!). Avoid!

Needed a comfy pair of shoes for work as I'm on my feet all day
Did a 3D scan and walked out with 2 pair

In city for lunch but walking past and thought I need new shoes for gym so called in and served by Andrew who was very helpful. Had 3D measurement of feet taken and ended up buying a pair of New Balance shoes for $130 which were $120 cheaper than the Brooks I was looking at. Really good support but kept in box as didn't want to get them filthy walking around the city, as city is absolutely filthy, save them for the gym.

I went in To The Athlete's foot on the weekend, Andrew's service was more than helpful than other active wear and footwear shoe shops I have tried in the CBD I will definitely be coming back here. He took care in assessing my foot size and gait.
Thank you for making me feel welcomed and valued. He also recommended a podiatrist in the CBD for my foot pain. If you are looking for someone very knowledgeable this person really knows his stuff I highly recommend.

The service I received today from Amy, let alone the other staff was just simply excellent. The technology used was excellent, their interpretation of the of the output was excellent and subsequent recommendation regarding footwear was was 100% correct.

Found a staff member who was impatient, hostile and rude. He also didn’t take the time to hear what we were looking for, especially for someone who is recovering from an injury, looking for options for recovery.

I went to the store today and asked Amy to analyze me and advise me on what shoes would suit me. She helped me and suggested me the best. And patiently answered my questions.

Didn't buy here but was provided excellent customer service, had feet measured and fitted but price for shoes I need was too high for my budget at the time

Nathan was very helpful and had impeccable customer service in assisting with the purchase of running shoes. He even gave us a discount, without requesting one. Also, they have very high tech equipment in getting the correct shoe size. Thanks Nathan for an awesome shoe shopping experience. We will be back.

Spend $270 but didn't get good service here. No suggestions from the guy there. He just pointed me the section where I should look, after I told him what is my issue and he just stood in front the counter watching me look around without helping at all until the lady staff finish her client and came over and helped me out with sizing. Would give 0 star but 2 star for the lady. Won't come back and won't recommend this branch. Not happy with the shoes so far

Helpful staff member & a good range of shoes available. Shop wasn't over crowded. A pleasant shopping experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, with their help you get the right shoes. A variety of brands to choose from. Though, some color and sizes sold out quickly.

We had a best experience with the help of Mai. A couple of weeks about we visit the store and Mai was just so sweet to give me and my boyfriend a lovely customer service. We both tried on Bondi 7 and Mai offered the professional feet measurements for us. Will come back here if we need anything.
