I had been searching for a while for lids for my grandmothers jars as the original lids had all been breaking. The jars were very precious to me and I really wanted to use them. I was recommended this amazing store by another place who couldn't help me. Paola was incredible. She found different lids and also found a cheaper option for me.

EDIT: Very strange that the business is claiming I'm not a customer when they make you give them your details to purchase items from them, really shows the ethics of this business trying to mislead the reader. My previous purchase was on 18/10/21
Secondly, it should be noted that I took these cylinders to another business and swapped them the same day with no extra charge.

Scammers and terrible customer service.
Swapped a CO2 cylinder about 6 months ago, bring it back and they say we have to pay extra because it's 5 years old - you gave me the cylinder, I didn't have it 5 years ago. If this is your policy you should make it clear when you give out an old cylinder.
I can understand if we were refilling the same bottle, but if we pay for the 5 year service the next time we swap we'll get another old bottle that we have to pay for another service for. It makes no sense - you should be keeping your bottles serviced and giving out newly dated ones when swapping.

This is in addition to the last time we also purchased a 'new' bottle in a sealed cardboard box that when we went to use, it turns out it had no gas in it.

Won't be going back.

Very good selection what is needed for making small goods. Staff are very helpful and informative with reasonable prices.

Had an awesome experience with the guys. As an italian, I found everything I needed for both my brewing hobby and my italian charcoal bbq requirements. Customer service was really good and even a small imperfection (not at the shop's fault) was dealt with ease and good timing.

Also the shop is a real wonderland!

This place is a wonderland of high quality products and equipment. You could spend hours here. We were there for pieces of equipment for sausage making.
Paola was incredibly helpful and offered lots useful tips to help start us on our sausage making journey.
She was also the only staff member on the floor at the time and even though the store was super busy she took her time to explain everything to us (it was also closing time)

Very disappointed, purchased a little mama pasta machine online, used it once and it was faulty. Rang and spoke to Epping store whom accommodating. With covid restrictions, i travelled some weeks later to west melb to have replaced 02.11.2020. S-o would not replace item, said had to return it to Epping store. He outright refused, had subjected me to unreasonable commentary, indicating that I had used it heaps which was not true. A faulty item was delivered at the outset, they should have replaced it straight away. Don't waste your time and money in this store as they are unreasonable and rude.

I love this shop. It takes me back to my smallgoods making days. I'm enjoying playing around making different foods and beverages and see myself being a lifelong customer of The Artisan's Bottega.

Picked up my refill for my soda stream from these guys. Reserved a bottle for me on the phone and we helpful and with a smile.

How difficult is it to excuse yourself from a call, acknowledge, smile at or evenask the customer front of you to please wait? I was completely ignored - I’ll take my $$$ elsewhere.

Great range of products for assorted food and beverage making. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic for the home brewer with a wide range of yeast, malt extracts and extract kits for home brewing. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
A quick look around the store whilst I was there and they have pretty much everything you need for making cheese, salami/sausage and sauces!

I went here yesterday, I was impressed by the amazing range of goods for making beer, wine, cheese and a whole lot else. The service was low key, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was thinking of buying a piece of equipment which I did not buy on the day. I will buy there and recommend the place to others.

I have been to store twice, feel like a criminal.
They look at you as like a alien. Most time they are very quiet but always doing some thing. But when I go in they pretend to be more busy and questions are answered with a yes or no that’s it.

Shop like this should be more welcoming and give advice to people to promote beer making or what ever they want to promote. So drop every thing you do and try and help the customer.
