I have nothing else say but to agree with another post giving them 7 stars. I have to mention that Mitin Arora, Frank & Sabrina are just nothing less fabulous people to work with. They managed to lease my Hoppers Crossing property in less than a week at the start of Christmas season. They were open & transparent from get go & moved very fast to get things done. I am hoping for a long engagement with them.

Now that I have your attention, let me explain. It is unfortunate for The Agents that the rating system allows for a maximum of only 5 stars - if I had my way, I would give them SEVEN (yes, 7 stars)! They are quite an exception to the common opinion & perception real estate agents, in general, have of themselves in the market place.

Looking back at how they've gone about our sale, it seems to me as though we did absolutely nothing - from start to finish, it was Mitin & his team doing what they needed to do (& beyond, may I add) to secure the best outcome for us. We did not have to step in at all. Received prompt updates all the way. Everything was handled professionally & proactively.

Mitin knows his 'stuff'. What is even better, he takes ownership & great pride in his work & his team. Transparency, honesty & integrity seem to be the 'mantra' that he & his business have as their clear operating principles.

Very happy that we contracted The Agents for our needs & completely satisfied with the end result. Could not have asked for anything more!

Amazing service and what a team. Soecially yhe rental assistant Sabrina has done a wonderful job. They provide report after every inspection and discuss to make sure we r getting the right tenant. As a brand new home in a brand new area, its hard to find a tenant but they did it. Hope Ezaz and Mittin will keep up the good work and maintain the property with care and professionally.
