Wonderful service provided by Richa Taneja and team. Processing went swiftly and I got the keys in just 3 days after application.

The Agents are a good team to work with. They were supportive and helped guide us through the buying process. Mitin was open and honest when it came to purchasing the property. My only criticism is their inconsistency when it comes to communication. I often have to follow up with them to find out what has happened particularly when it came to fixing things. The place I bought was not in a great condition and I would hope that they closely supervise and warn bad tenants in the future.

It is wonderful to have property with Sandy.
Good communication all the time and made the lease process smooth.

I had a great experience dealing with Mitin and Vaish when I sold my house (Morookyle estate tarneit) through them. They were very professional, honest and had thorough knowledge of real estate. My house was sold within 3 weeks. I was in India on my holidays and my keys with them, all house opens were taken care by Mitin and Vaish with no issues.

This is the lowest I could give if I were able to give a negative I would. Have tried to contact Sandy Agarwal property manager by every means, text, call, email and voicemail and have no response at all to date which is 10 days. Would not recommend these agents at all.

I found Mitin and Vaish to be very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely use The Agents Realestate for selling or buying. They both are very efficient and they are exactly what you look for in the real estate agents. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Completely ignorant of all the issues that came up, but as soon as we moved, they suddenly became so attentive and communicative. Even blamed us for marks that existed before moving in, but of course didn’t even bother to listen to what we had to say. What a complete and utter disappointment

Incompetent is a UNDERSTATEMENT. The worst ever property managers. They do not know their job or their law. 12 months living under their lease was the biggest nightmare lived. I would NOT recommend them to a enemy. Sandy and some girl managed my place and uselessly had no idea of their responsibility. I’m a realestate agent myself and would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM.you would be happier living on the street than renting from these people. Be WARE they are FALSE

Wonderful services. Not just from the top management, but from the entire team. There had been several occasions and instances when I had to trouble The Agents, but they were always on their toes to help me out and never made me feel it's a trouble. Also they help with recommendations and guidance for building a property portfolio. With such good service I've referred my friends and have got positive feedback from all of them. I understand that The Agents work primarily for Service, Relationship and Experience. I am looking forward for a long term relationship with The Agents.

If you are a Tennant and want to be ignored and want your break downs to not be fixed.then this is the place for you.
To get anything fixed will take up to 6 months. You will get all your phone calls ignored. Your emails or any other contact will just be disregarded.

On the plus side you will definitely learn a lot about renting laws and have a lot of contact with VCAT.
If you get Sandy as your manager you are in for a ride of your life. This Man has no morals or a sense of obligation.
