Great service from Putha - thanks for getting us our drinks and food in time for the movie!

The manager is always hesitant to follow the restaurant rules that kids eat free from Mondays to Thursdays if we order a main dish, after asking for the kids meal to be removed from the bill he didn’t and gave a discount under the price of the kids meal. Its not about the $ but the attitude is not nice. If it is something that the chain offers they have to follow. Food is good though.

Cocktails are awesome! Snacks & burgers are great. Manager is very helpful. We love coming here as a family.

Omg Putha has to be your best customer service representative. She is an amazing host and her customer service skills are outstanding. We ordered the biggest cocktail on the menu and it was amazing. Putha even took our photo for the web page. Overall the atmosphere and speed of service was outstanding and the hospitality shown was above and beyond. Thanks for an awesome experience Putha, we are already planning our next weekly visits.

The main waitstaff manager is an absolute Jet, she’s got full control of the restaurant and is just simply amazing!

TGIF Southland is our go too, to eat for me and my girlfriends after work and we were greeted, waited on and served by Lui (Manager of TGIF Southland) he checked on us and made sure we were happy, fed and full. The atmosphere is awesome, the service is great, the food is so good and we love Lui's humour.he always takes care of us when we come through. Thanks Lui and everyone at TGIF Southland.

Daniel was a star, engaging, playful, knowledgable and accomodating. He even made us a bubble on cue. Very impressive. He was reliable and on time, esp on shift with Louis.

Super quick in getting our meals to us so that we didn't miss our movie session. Great service.

The new place looks nice, but the food is terrible. Chicken and calamari are so dry and don't have much flavour. Disappointed.

Much better place than TIF Fridays in Chadstone. They actually provide service and food. Unlike the Chadstone one, no one cares.

Really good place for quick bite before or after movies. The usual things like ribs, wings and burgers while the vegetarian choices include nachos, pasta, burger and salad. Also lots of interesting sides like Mac n cheese bites, cauliflower, sweet potato fries etc etc. Husband ordered wings however not wishing to get salmonella he had to send back as they weren't cooked properly. Ethan very helpful with this and husband got a freshly cooked to perfection, batch. While I enjoyed nachos which were very filling! Ally the Supervisor very very friendly and helpful, will return.

Yesterday evening (27/3/23) - table of 8 in otherwise empty restaurant. Wait time for food was excessive. There was at least 30 minutes delay between first and last meals arriving at the table, so some of us finished before others started. Wait staff were helpful but there were apparent deficiencies in kitchen staff. One meal supplied wrong (beef instead of pork) but was replaced. Salmon was overcooked and dry - saved only by the glaze without which it would have been inedible. Unlikely to visit again.

Had a wonderful girls night out and enjoyed the food. There are some inexperienced staff but they did a good job on serving.

Omg what going on! The business going down and no service and the food was not good ; so sorry for the customers. I guess no one want to work on Sundays do not recommend 100% go somewhere else

Service was fine, but the food was nothing special. When you pay a lot for ribs, you don't want dry and stringy, you want fall-off-the-bone. Overpriced for what it is.

Food was quite good. The online ordering system was very glitch and wouldn't work for us, and it took a bit of time to get the attention of a server to take our order. Other than that it was a positive experience and would go back.

I have been coming to tgif southland for 3 years and I have to say the service is great
The staff are very attentive funny and amicable
The food is awesome
It's a great place to hang out at bar and enjoy great company

A wonderful place to chill out and have awesome food. The only drawback is that the service could have been better. But nothing takes away from the ambience and food.
