TGI FRIDAYS

$55 for two burgers and fries that were barely warm and really didn't taste of much.
Have been once before and it was quite nice but so disappointed today.
Would have been better of going to either Hungry Jack's, McDonald's or Grill'd!

Food was good and service was great. I think we had Julia in charge of our table, she was really patient and helpful as we were deciding what to eat.

Great place.went there for a bday party. The staff were brilliant and accommodated our large group pretty late in the day. Food was tasty and portions were big. Special mention - the popular twisters. Will be back.

Jermaine was beautiful. My grandson really enjoyed Jermaine's service and the drinks were very tasty that I got also.

Had dinner with my friend on such a busy Friday night, luckily we were able to be seated at the bar and enjoyed the most amazing service from Julia at the bar. She was smiling, laughing and genuinely showed us a great time even when she was so busy working. Will definitely be back again for the amazing Fajita tower, delicious cocktails, and unforgettable service Thank you Team @ TGI Chadstone!

All you classic American food options, cocktails to suit, in a family friendly environment with a slightly pub-like atmosphere.
Food is typically great, but the happy hour and app/member deals are an absolute steal! Lock them in, and go hard! There is value to be had.
So great to have a restaurant like this in the mix at Chadstone.

Poor service and poor food. The manager was cold. The wings were served without the celery. Pasta was bland and served with a desert spoon. The burger was too dry. I've liked TGIF in the past but I'm never returning.

Made an order via Takeaway App (DoorDash). Food arrived late so it was cold which was somehow okay, but then burger was missing its sauce which is very disappointing. Hope this does not happen to others.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, got to the front of the line and was told a few times we'll be with you in a minute, once served we were advised they are not wearing any more tables, they could have told us this at any point whilst lining up.

Super duper busy today, was surprised when told it would only be a 15 minute. Came back before the text message was sent, and was seated not long after. I signed up for the rewards, as we had to order online, I personally really liked this, no having to wait around or try and catch the servers attention. Apart from the two meals not coming out together, it was tough to find staff to help you, but understandably, I don’t think they were expecting to be as busy as they were. Enjoyed my burger, it was yummy and the jack daniels dipping sauce. My husband also really liked the prawn and chicken fettuccine, everything came out hot and fresh. Heaps of variety to choose from.

Significantly dropped quality. What a shame for TGIF! Second time unpleasant experiences.

1) Margaritas taste nothing like Margaritas and hardly even do as much a half a bottle of beer!
2) French Fries for burgers have horrible quality! Literally like wood-sticks! Like its been 2 days old and refried! Maccas would be 10x times better compared to the Fridays burger whole set, which is $24 just for a small burger and horrible fried.

Would not try again.

Personal is very friendly and helpful. However, quality of food is lower expectations. Burgers was cold and not juicy at all. Ribs were fatty and not hot. Where was Jack Daniels sause? Think twice before visiting.
