Drove all the way from Geelong to try out a couple of rackets. When looking at your website there was nothing stated that you were currently not allowing customers this opportunity. Very disappointed!
Luckily for me one of your opposition nearby did so. I was happy to spend my money with them.

I purchased Wilson tennis shoes from here and I was told that if there are any issues, replacement and refund will be issued. After using these shoes only twice I started having the foot injuries. I wanted to replace them, but the guy straight away said no to refund. My entire money has gone waste. Beware of such folks.

The shoes were purchased about a less than week and used it twice. They said this is used several times and hence can't be returned. If this is the quality you are selling then why you give a six month warranty on sole. It's better to stop selling such products.

Also determining the manufacturing fault is your responsibility.

These guys offered me a discounted price on new pair of shoe without giving the store credit of previous purchase. How I can accept such discounted offer that makes no sense and I end up spending more out of my pocket.

Great range of gear and friendly staff, but don't be fooled into thinking you're getting "warehouse" prices.

I bought a Springfire Pro Tennis Ball machine from Tennis Warehouse Australia. Then I injured myself and did not use it. I went to use it and had difficulty. It is not just out of warranty and they have done all they can to fix the problem at minimal expense to me. I am absolutely delighted with their customer service. I would hope that they write additional instructions before they send them out, I have been very happy with them. It would great if they had a Sydney distributor but it is a pleasure dealing with them. My machine is on its way back and maybe now i will have better luck using it.

We had a ball machine from TWA and it worked perfectly for several years. Following a ball jam it developed a fault. TWA helped us fix it for very little cost and even upgraded the software to add new features.

Great service like they provided is very hard to find thee days.

Very nice service, the gentleman that help us gave me several racquets to test in their indoor facility, and when we chose he threw in the cover and a dampener for free. Would recommend

Good place to buy tennis equipment and clothes in Fitzroy. Bit hard to find at first but has a good range of clothes, racquets and bags etc. Only downside is the crazy traffic on Alexandra Avenue.

I purchased a Spinfire Pro2 Ball machine from Tennis Warehouse Australia. I live in Sydney and they shipped the product to me. Could not be more pleased with the machine. Really suits my need to go hit a lot of balls whenever I have spare time. Has all the flexibility I need for my level of skill and more!
The remote started to lose its range about 10 months after the purchase. I got in touch with TWA, and Grant from TWA could not have been more helpful in diagnosing the issue, acknowledging warranty cover, and sending across the replacement part very promptly. I installed the replacement remote chip with its partnering remote control, and all is well again.
Very pleased with the product and with the service so big thumbs up from me for TWA and its service and this product, and to Grant.

Dropped my tennis racquet off on Wednesday. Four days later I went to pick it up as I hadn't been text yet (yes that's 4) and they still had not restrung my racquet. I had to wait till it was strung which made me miss my tennis booking, costing me $30. No offer to discount the price was made and I am very disappointed. Will take my business to somewhere like tennis only or the NTC next time.

Ordered a stringing machine and it arrived with a faulty string clamp. Despite not even being their fault they sent replacement parts within an hour of me emailing them. The parts just arrived, and they threw in an extra little gift too!

Not having to go all the way back to the manufacturer saved a lot of hassle. Very impressed.

Fantastic experience. Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He asked me questions, then he chose five racquets for me to hit with on their mini court. I walked out very happy and with a pair of racquets.
