Just wanted to give a shout-out to Steve at Fitzroy Tennis Warehouse. I have bought multiple racquets from here and every occasion he has talked me through all the specific nuances of the racquet, broken down in amazing detail all of the possible string and tension options for that racquet and he’s even pointed me in the direction of hitting partners and a pennant team. This level of customer service will keep me coming back to Tennis Warehouse whenever I need anything tennis.

Bought two racquets, Matt and the team helped with me the selection and did a restring on one to put in better strings. Great service and fast turnaround. Would recommend!

Location is a bit hidden, have to walk through between two warehouses, but at the end you'll find it.

They have a great little strip to test demo racquets inside, with nets and radar. Highly recommend.

Very poor shopping experience. No one is interested in explaining anything and don’t care about your business. Spend nearly $400 in Head tennis racquet but got a service less than $10.never visiting again…. Rather go to a shop where they genuinely interested in you and your business

Brought my kid in to buy first racket and the sales guy wasn't approachable at all and couldn't be bothered to serve nor ask. When I finally approached to ask for some advice, he had a "either you can afford to buy $300+ rackets or don't bother asking me attitude" looking away even before finishing speaking. Don't bother bringing your kid in to buy a tennis racket from here.

I love the fact they have a hitting area to get a feel on the racquets.

I bought a speed mp a month ago elsewhere which I had play tested, whilst I was hitting decent with it I found I had to overcompensate on the spin.

Trying the new speed pro that just landed wow this racquet was massively better. Hitting on the wall there gave me the confidence to purchase it.

I had so much time to analyse it and even changed grip size.

By the time I hit the court for my next match I pretty much dominated and hit shots I haven’t hit in years!

Highly recommend anyone who hits with power to try this 18x20 string pattern in the new speed pro.

Would of been nice to have been served today, I understand you were busy, not even a hello. Decided to test a few racquets myself and almost purchased, then decided to walk out and spend my money elsewhere.

Took my typical tennis racquet in that I’ve been using for years. Apparently it couldn’t be restrung because it won’t fit their machine. Clearly the skill to do it manually is lost on these staff. Another business with minimum wage and unskilled workers cutting corners with robots. Stick with your local tennis shop.

The customer service was not good to be honest. I walked in and no one said hi to me and they were all doing their own stuff at the counter.and when I checked out, they were still doing other things and took a whole minute to realise I was in line.sad.

Recently literally ran to your shop as it was 3 o'clock on a Saturday closing time, it was very kind of the guys to still let me & my son in to buy him a new Tennis racquet. With the help of your staff member we were in & out in a few minutes.

Purchased a Spinfire machine recently. Anthony was fantastic in taking the time to talk me through the two top contenders and their features (Lobster being the Rolls Royce in pedigree but Spinfire with additional functionality at the same price point). Very happy with the front door engagement and sale process and Anthony was accommodating in negotiating a fair deal for a package with a five year warranty. The machine arrived swiftly but had an error in the ball feed sensor. Zul from the Technical department was extremely responsive and after a little trouble shooting arranged for a replacement immediately and kept in contact till it arrived. Have only used it a couple of times and overall happy with the product though some calibration/consistency issues on drills may need sorting out once I am certain of a pattern that I see developing. The customer service, accountability and responsiveness of Anthony and Zul at TWH was exceptional and well appreciated. Thanks!
