Telstra Store Brunswick

A mere few days ago, I was on my knees. Ready to forsake Telstra for good, a relationship I had valued dearly since BD (before dial-up). Enter my knight in shining polyester, his mullet shimmering in the cold clinical lighting of Telstra Brunswick. His presence however, was not cold in the slightest. I felt heard, I felt seen. I won’t bore you with the details of his assistance, other than to say the world would be a better place if all telecom retail assistants possessed his extraordinary people skills, paired with an unrivalled dearth of technical knowledge. I believe his name was Callum. He was quite handsome too. Thanks again Callum. Faith restored. God is great

Went in with an issue with my phone staff very keen to get me out of the shop I think only interested in sales no follow up technical advice or help. Came up with rather silly analogy you don't take your car to dealer to get it washed. I would have thought you go to the dealer if your car is not doing what it should.

Just got excellent service experience from this store! Callum and Jarrah here are very friendly and have good music taste.

Look for a guy named Alex! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVE! Other telstra stores have been just putting me off and kept telling me there was no appointment available. This lad sqeezed me in for a cancelled appointment and did my work. Extremely satisfied! Well done broski! If you’re seeing this. I see you becoming a manager soon

Spoke with Jarrah @ Telstra Barkly Square in Brunswick. Awesome. Listened to the problems I was having with moving my account to a different property. Offered solutions, was patient. Came back the following day after being given incorrect information on the 'Help' chat in the Telstra app. Jarrah was able to decipher what was happening and how to help move forwards. I highly recommend this man and the team there.

As a long term Telstra customer I have never suffered service quite as bad as this.

The manager, Janet, is judgmental and incredibly rude.

Fantastic service. Needed help setting up my new phone and software. The team there are brilliant. Really went out of their way to help. NO question was a problem. The customer service is outstanding. Very polite and friendly. Could not speak more highly of the team at this store. They have always been great when I need help. I always fells more loyal to Telstra and this store.thanks to the great service. Keep up the great work.

Moe is a gentleman and true professional. Great vibe and atmosphere radiating throughout the store- certainly one of Barkly Squares finest and most esteemed institutions. Worth the call.

Moe from your Barkley Square store has been absolutely amazing. He has shown incredible patience with me. He is personable, polite and MORE than patient with an old luddite like me.

I came into the store a few days ago and was kindly greeted by Moe and then served by Charlie. Got my internet fixed up as well as my daughters mobile plan. Excellent customer service from these boys as I now have a reliable internet connection as well as a new phone for my daughter.

Two people waiting to serve you happy and smile but when they find out you are already a customer then they not interested in you needs or service very intimidating and arrogant and he told me to go somewhere else anther carrie he did not care or worry appalling customer service

Charlie from the Telstra store in Brunswick was incredible when I was purchasing my new phone recently and had questions in regards to my plan. I will definitely visit him in the future. Amazing and enjoyable customer service!

Awesome service from Quentin today at Brunswick Telstra franchise. He is an excellent communicator and troubleshooter who resolved our issues with new iPhones and faulty simcard. We are very happy Telstra customers. Thank you for the service during the Covid-19 crisis.
