Telstra Store Brunswick

Poor service. Went into the store to rectify a phone issue that Telstra created. Not interested in customer service, as I wasn't buying anything. Was made to wait for over an hour, why they were serving customers that were buying their products. Extremely disappointing.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Appalling customer service, unwilling to rectify their mistakes. Just another example of how lazy and incompetent Telstra is.

Go to Optus, Vodafone or anywhere but here.

Anna and Haram were helping me through some system issues while ordering, and I can’t thank them enough! Kind, thoughtful, empathetic. Looking forward to visiting Telstra again!

Zim & Jarrod provided great friendly and knowledgeable service & advice on phone options as well as plan selection. Had what I chose in stock, so walked out within an hour all set up with new phone. Highly recommend this team.

Never able to speak to someone in the store
They never pick up the phone or call back after a message has been left.

I am writing this review specifically for Telstra Brunswick store. I wanted to return an item that was purchased in the Telstra Highpoint store. Since the highpoint store was very busy, they suggested I can go to another Telstra store to return it. I called the Brunswick store before coming in. However, when i was there in person, they told me that there is no cooling off period and the purchase can't be returned! I was shocked to hear it and went back to the highpoint store and they confirmed that the device can be returned! Very disappointing service by Brunswick guys! They just didn't wish to return the purchase for some reason disappointing!

I went to the Brunswick store and Mohammud assisted me with my enquiry. He has the most impeccable social skills he is a great listener and always puts the customer first. Telstra can do with many customer assistants like him not only his presence is warm and welcoming but he goes the extra mile to assist people. Don't let him go he will do Testra proud he honestly needs a pay raise.

Mohommad was most helpful, unfortunately the "manager" Anna was as rude and unhelpful as she could be. She was rude to everyone who walked into the store. I would have expected some semblance of help but she could not have cared less.
Time to leave telstra and go elsewhere.

Putting money on that this is the worst telstra store in Australia.

Waited here for 3 hours, all staff working there had an attitude. None of the staff members know what respect, manners & kindness is or what customer service is.

If you want to go here & waste your whole day waiting & then get served by telstra sales members that are rude, be my guest.

Zim was amazing he was so professional and patient when helping to set up the internet for my father. Thank you Zim it was much appreciated

Nice a polite on the phone. I wanted to purchase a device outright. When got there I was told i would have to wait an hour, just to buy something, not sign up to a contract or anything. Bit of joke. Also a waste of my time that this wasn't communicated on the phone. Just buy online and get delivered as Telstra clearly wants with their under-staffing of retail locations

The team at Telstra Brunswick are a wonderful group of people that have helped me a number of times, I would like to give Thalia a special mention as she has personally helped me with several different changes and additions to my account. Thank you Telstra Brunswick.

I changed my mobile plan from Optus to Telstra and the team here was super helpful. Shoutout to Jarrod who was so patient with my case and organised everything for me in no time.

Couldn't tell you much as they were closed when I got there. Was here 13 minutes before 5pm and the shop shutters were closed.

I can’t speak highly enough of the great service I received from Jarrod Jones at the Brunswick Store. Up until this time any dealings I’ve had with Telstra have been woeful. Jarrod spent a great deal of time explaining a number of options of which new mobile phone and plan would best suit my needs. He then went about setting up the new phone for me which was an enormous help for some-one not at all tech savvy. I’m delighted with the service and again thank Jarrod for his much appreciated service.

Changed my phone provider over to Telstra and couldn't be happier with the service in store. Past experiences I've had with Telstra weren't the best but Jarrod really looked after us. He made sure that everything was working smoothly and that we were on the best plans. Thanks Jarrod

Went in to swap over from Optus to Telstra. The sales rep Alex couldn't do it on the day so booked me an appointment for the following day. Came in and waited 30 minutes while Alex ignored me and then (assuming) left for home at 5pm. Cheers for wasting my time

Went to store my mobile phone network completly down, i was told call customer support line while i am in their store then store closed 1 hour later

I came here with my wife looking to get into two phone plans and I was asked to wait 30 mins on a Sunday, the store was visibly not busy at all. After waiting 30 mins, I was called by a staff member to be told that they wont service me that day. Very dissapointed with their response. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
