Telstra Shop Craigieburn

Very disappointed upgraded to a new plan decided to give our grandchildren our 2 year old Samsung phones
Employees have no idea what to do how to clear them told us to throw them in the bin

Very bad customer service experienced just now one girl working here not experienced with customer service
Dont know how to deal with customers

Customer service is a disgrace, only interested if your buying a phone. If you have a problem they will tell you to ring customer service.

They used to be ok. But now the staff and especially the manager are very rude and of no help at all. Looking for other options.

They lie to you saying it's compulsory to buy the accessory pack, which is an option. Mark and Parlo to make extra commission can't believe you can go that far! They were so rude! Never go back.take my business else where.

I have been with Telstra for many years and every time I walk in at the Craigieburn store I just get knocked back, I don’t believe customer service can get any worse than this store, how does one manage such store? ! Employees coming up with some ridiculous prices and when you tell them I seen better offer they just don’t want to hear about it and walk.guess is time taking my business elsewhere.

Been going here since they opened and the staff are always great! If you need a phone or internet services, do yourself a favour and go and see these guys!

Good and have prompt customer service, i like paying my bill there in the contrary of the Broadmedows one is the worst in the world in term of customer service and i would recommend Telstra in Craigiburn for their respectful and quick customer service

Keep driving past this store. The worse service i have ever received. A consultant that was quite happy to straight face lie to me about contracts and didnt like it when called out on it which lead me to just walk out of the store. Honestly this is a franchise with kids working there that are obviously being controlled by the commision. No stock available of the products at all. Honestly just go direct to Telstra

Do not support this telstra store, refused to offer a lease plan that was on their website saying they cannot meet those prices even though we signed up the same plan at airport west earlier on in the day and it is listed on the website. We even showed them the contract and they said they couldnt do it.

I have to say this and I don't care who gets upset. The staff there I dealt with are sleazy and dishonest.
Unless you ready to buy they not interested in you.

Very rude customer service the guy who helped me looked like he can’t be bothered with anything, kept huffing and puffing i don’t know his name but he was a bit chubby with red hair and beard and glasses and he was sitting behind the desk on the left, seriously Telstra needs to actually interview properly their employees, never returning to this branch

Not entirely happy with my second visit. Stuff wasn't done to my account and I lost service. Lucky, I had great service the first time.

Takes way to long to set up a new phone plan. Possibly not the stores fault but telstra's overall. Staff were nice.

Worst service ever at roxburgh park! Wont be coming back here again. I am never one to complain but the service here was ridiculous. I would give them a 0 if that was possible. My little brother went to this store to get the Iphone 8 in March. My brother called to get an update on the phone after a week and they kept telling him call us in a week. Weeks went by to a month and we had to call them to find out the phone was in store. Finally after a month, we went to the store and Mike had served us. Understandably he needed an email in order for authorisation to get the phone from our father as it was under a contract. Once the email came through he came back and served us after leaving the store for under 10 minutes and THEN to top it off a customer came in to the store and he walks off and serves the other customer!? !? ! Get more employees if you're short staffed. I understand you have a job to do but we are also paying customers who have waited far beyond the wait time for this phone. We waited over an hour in this store. Won't be coming back here again ill be sticking to craigieburn

Worst service ever, waste of my time. Telstra over the phone offered me a deal and they wont match the deal in the telstra shop. Shocking.im switching carriers.

Telstra Store Craigieburn is honestly an asset to the Telstra brand; they provide me always with concise clear information every time and are always happy to help me out whenever I visit the store.

The Women with big nose was rude and cocky and un helpful and referred to me as dude not very professional at all.
