67After having the worse experience with another Telstra store, and Telstra complaint department not understanding what gone on. Telstra Craigieburn went above and beyond helping me sort out the issue not one but twice. They all work as a team, not scared to ask each other for help to ensure the customer getting the best service! Couldn’t ask for better service! So glad to have a decent Telstra store.
Worst store I ever been in my life. I took my mother to order iPhone 15promax they had placed the order and said needs to wait for 3 to 4 weeks I went their after a month they said they had done mistake at the order and it's haven't processed and told me to needs to wait again then we try to order new phone with Samsung and its get something issue again with their system not accepting ids which we sundmitted. I will never use the telestra again in my life also will tell my friends and family about this store
Chris and Shaun are both great customer service people. Shaun especially went above and beyond to help us get a better deal on our mobile phone plans. He was extremely diligent in ensuring that all our needs are met. Thanks again!

Went to this store to disconnect my old number, and they said they would contact me in a week time. I was trying to call them after a week, but no luck. Follow up with your customers. That's my advice
Worst customer service they love turning people away with or without appointment made. Save your time and go to Vodafone!
Was told to go there by Broadmeadows store they phoned them in front of me once I got there was refused service by an arrogant rude girl after she acknowledged they said yes to me going there well Telstra u lost a customer walked straight over to Optus got me and my son a plan and a phone the girl should not hold that position
Haven't had any issues in the past but if customer service is poor, perhaps it is company policy. Try dealing with Telstra head office. Customer Service doesn't exist!

Staff always standing around doing what looks like nothing but then just stare and don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. Even if you are flat out busy, as retail workers in a customer service job, you can simply just say Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment. It’s appreciated more than just being ignored.
Also, they like to close the shop early, with no signage as to why. It’s annoying.
Pathetic this store & man RUDE, they go ahead & renovate the shop, but they forgot to renovate the staff NEVER AGAIN if u like to be treated poorly then this is the store to go to GOOD LUCK!
Worst customer service. Walk in, say hi and first words spoken back to me were “I think I’m going to disappoint you! ” Certainly was disappointed left immediately and will take my business elsewhere.
Extremely poor customer service not from store's staff member but from the store manager who doesn't have etiquette on how to speak to customers. Telstra needs to train their staff better on how to be polite and deal with customers.
Had an issue that I thought I'd have to stand in line and wait hours for and jump hurdles.
Dealt with Ali who had attended to me and sorted out my issue within minutes. Even the lady I first dealt with was lovely as well.

All customer service teams are good except for one girl who deals with people to get a new modem and internet, she is rude, she has no customer service experience and doesn't know how to deal with customers.
If there's option to get Less than one star I would do that, unprofessional, rude, useless, just waste of time to attend this Shop, I don't recommend it to anyone to use at all and I'll do formal complaint to Telstra directly!
We attended to Telstra Craigieburn due to issues relating to our home broad brand. Carols & Chris were extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and demonstrated a significant lack of care & knowledge towards the services & issues. Carols in particular was observed to be condescending in his responses and was in & out of the conversation frequently. Most responses was that they were not able to provide help however were not able to provide us with problem-solving or assist with the issue. Besides this, all staff members were sitting down and talking personally amongst each other e.g joking.
Do not recommend that you attend to this branch as it’s quite clear all staff members are untrained & unprofessional. Save your time & money.
40 mins earlier to closing time on a Telstra day 2nd June, they refused to do a new contract saying they have already locked the registers. Staff made us wait 30mins to say that they won’t do it. Very bad service
Well what can I say they where rude not helpful wasted my time and had the urge to tell me how I should be setting up my account otherwise they could not help me as it's Telstra policy now, well they lost the purchase and went to JB Hifi and brought the phone from them.
The person we talked with was very helpful. Only thing, it doesn't seem to 2 work on my phone. Going back to see what's wrong.
