Have called 15 times today with no answer. I was there on Saturday, they had 8+ staff, 4 of which were doing nothing.

Waiting over an hour for an appt is not my cup of tea. Telstra needs to speed up their systems and processes. 20mins to change plans. Really? Why? People don't have all day to sort basics like phones. Recharge your plan? Snappy counter at the front could resolve in 5mins. Meh. My advice is go to Camberwell. No queues.

Had a very good expierence here today, I had an issue and it was sorted out professionally and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend as staff were very friendly and helpful

I have been trying to call Telstra with no success for 3 weeks. 3 times I have called into this store requesting an in person appointment. Each time the wait has been over 2 hours. Today,
His response “ I can book you an appointment in 2.5 hours”.
Me: do you think that’s good customer service
Him: yes I do
Me: you think it’s reasonable to wait 2.5 hours
Him: yes, absolutely. Sometimes we make you wait 5 hours. 2.5 hours is quick for Telstra.

Says it all.

I dealt with Shannon the Assistant Store Manager and she seriously sorted my business mobile acc issue out in less than 15 mins over the phone, where previously I had spent hours and hours online trying to get a straight answer. The phone upgrade was in stock and even under Covid the staff made it so easy to obtain. Extremely happy with the service and advice from Shannon and the staff at this store. Thank you.

To be honest, if someone wants to have world class TELSTRA service as they advertise in their ads on TV, Telstra Chadstone is the place to be, absolutely outstanding service by entire team out there but big shout to STEVEN and SHANON who has given a new meaning to Customer service.

These guys are certified solution providers and they make it seems so effortless which shows they are so natural with providing WOW experience right from the moment you step in the store and till the time you leave the store, it's fantastic.

Highly recommended to take appointments before you go there and YES, they do answer most of the time and the do honor their commitment.

You guys Rock. Keep the good show going, Cheers.

I came here twice plan to change my plans. The first time, I wait for 1.5 hours, and did nothing for me till the shop was closed. The second time, they said if I sign up for the queue still need to wait for 2.5 hours. So, Goodbye Telstra! I just went to the next door changed to Vodafone plan within 5 mins.

Came in on a busy weekend afternoon and was told there was a one hour wait. Whilst not ideal, the customer service I received from Ganesha was exceptional and made the wait worth it. He went above and beyond for my family and I and we had a great chat. Great sense of humour and made the experience seamless. Highly recommend this bloke!

Drove all the way here, only Telstra shop open. Told ‘wait to see someone is 90 minutes’. Ridiculous. Almost as bad as talking to them on the phone.

After a nightmare experience with Optus it was super refreshing to go into Telstra today and be treated like a valued customer. Thank you Paris and April for being so efficient, friendly and helpful.
Would 100% recommend the two girls if you are in need of a new service provider.
