52 Terrible experience again!
Such a simple transaction to swap a phone and upgrade turned into a nightmare. 2 hours in store waiting and 4 days later still a ‘technical problem’. Ridiculous.
I went to Telstra today to help fix a sim issue I was having, and I was really happy with the service Michelle provided! She genuinely sympathised with the issues I was having and helped resolve them promptly.
Went there, shana her name assisted and told me booked already and all. And then I came again to check if anyone just did no show and could any be anychance, while talking to other consultant she jumped in and mentioned him that I told her already don’t need to do, which is very disrespectful and rude. And when I was about to book appointment for next day they said you don’t need just come in. U joking. Then I was like let’s check reviews and guess what they don’t know how to serve people. U CAN DO BETTER CHADSTONE. Hire people with good sense of humour or one knows how to treat people. Disappointing

200% job done by Mathew Chen. I am very happy with the job. Professional knowledge and nice. Different time in 2022. Very disappointed at the early Boxing Day meeting. They even open at 9am. I wouldn’t give them 1 star.
Terrible services, never recommend to come.came to this store three times, couldn't get online account setup.always claims being busy, and only advised to make a appointment at the third time when I visit this store.
What a fundamentally flawed retail offer.
I walked in at 1pm and knew exactly what wanted (a phone, outright, no plan or connections)
Got told "we aren't taking any more bookings for customers today. "
They are open until 9pm so they're going to tell everyone for the next 8 hours they can't buy anything.
I asked again, explaining that I didn't need a booking or a consultant, i just wished to make a purchase. Firmly told me "that's just not possible".
What an absolute joke, so I walked 80 metres and gave my $1000 to JB HiFi, who were happy to still out to me.
I have a been with Telstra for 3 years. Never need to go to a store for any services, today I went to a Chadstone store just requested for a simple change on direct debit, front line staff advised definitely can assist at a store, but need to wait for 2 hours, will call when staff available.
After 1 hour I got a call staff ready, so I drop back into the store, after try to work through nearly one hour, staff advised they can not do it at the store I need to ring up to change it.
What a waste of time? Should have been advised on the first place.not great customer service experience.
Lachie gave us the most wonderful service. Very polite, helpful and a great sense of humour. Somved our problem which was great. Very professional! Highly recommend.
I went there to port my service to Telstra and purchase a new Phone as well but seems like they were happy to just let me walk out offering no assistance or explanation at all as they have identified me as a "Fraud" and can only check back in 6 months time. When asked why, they offered no explanation as to how this happened just refered me back to the system. I wanted to know so I can identify where the fault may have come from and most likely can be rectified. But nothing just sorry come back to us after 6 months.
Funny thing is I was able to succesfully port to Optus (right next door) after walking out their door! Wondering how their verification system works?
Anyway, service next door was excellent! I even got an outstanding price offer on a new Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB with 80GB of data from @Optus!
What more can one ask for - excellent customer service + great deals!?
Around 5 or more staff in the store.only one is talking with client & one is on his laptop.the other 3-4 staff are talking at end back. We stand in front of the store and finally a girl from the talking group comes to us. We ask if anyone is available. She says “all staff are busy. I didn’t call you before 6pm, come back next day earlier. What you are seeing is not what it is. All staff are busy”
Ok, what we are seeing is not what it’s. Bu the problem is I have called the store at 12pm, get a call back at 4pm and been told to go to the store asap. The waiting time is 1 hour. So we get there within 10-15mins. Then we have been told currently no booking & need to wait to 6pm. Then at 6pm, we experienced above mentioned.
I am thinking now should I really stay with this company Telstra for all my services? Check out the offer from next door maybe. Monopoly isn’t good for economic or consumers?
Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. One customer service rep rolled their eyes at me when explaining something. Another time was abruptly told not to interrupt when trying to ask a question. I thought the point was to help customers resolve their issue?
Attended the store last week, I pre ordered the Samsung S22 Ultra. When I placed my order I was told that they will deduct money from my account once I take delivery of my phone which could be in 3 to 4 weeks in the month of March. To my great disappointment money was deducted from my account the next, day. This has caused issues to other direct debit. I therefore emailed the representative who took my order requesting an explanation and to re credit my account but no reply so far. Very unprofessional.
Customer service is discusting the staff are not helpful or friendly I wouldn't recommend anyone there
Went to the store last night.waiting in the queue while the front staff was helping another customer for 15 minutes knowing that I was waiting. Once the staff finished with the other customer, she asked me whether I have made an appointment and when I said that I had not, she said that they cannot serve me due to it is already 8: 35 PM and they still have several more appointments (only 1 couple behind me). She had a chance to ask me this while I was waiting. Worst customer service.
Arrived at store, was advised need to make an appointment, so I left my contact details as requested (no problem there). I waited for an hour+ and didn't receive any call. I'm not currently a Telstra customer but judging by the reviews of this store and it representing Telstra, doesn't paint a good picture. This makes me re-think if I should buy any products/services from Telstra.
Worst internet and service i have ever experienced. I tried contacting them regarding the speed of the internet but the has never been solved. Upon that, I was told that it was free for first month but i got charged for that too. I would recommend better use your phone internet than having a Telstra connection at your place.
Worst Customer service, store manager (the lady manager) is very rude and do not care about customer service at all.
Do not visit this store, get Telstra services online or at other stores.
Never experienced such poor service. I was told three time that my e-sim would be ready. Each time I came to the store it is not ready. Jumped shipped and no longer with Telstra. The shop is just as bad as their call centre.
I stood in front of the store to make an appointment and saw that the staff inside ignored my call. What was even more exaggerated was that a staff member hung up my phone directly. I tried more than 10 calls!
