Did not have very long to wait to be served.chairs available to sit and wait.this helps when you use a walking stick The person who assisted me was very efficient.knew what he was talking about.answered all my questions with clear, succinct explanations.made some useful suggestions to assist.not the usual Telstra service one finds in some stores.

Once you buy into a plan, the store are not much help resolving phone problems, passing the buck back to Telstra

Great service, we dropped in on Sunday just before closing time. To change mobile to my sons name and with a different carrier. The female staff member (Sorry I don't recall her name) She was helpful and quickly sorted the transfer. Thank you

I'm a current customer and tried to upgrade. They told me they had stock. Then was told there's no stock and I couldn't upgrade. Poor experience.

Thank-you Anson at the Camberwell store, you were so helpful, polite, willing to listen and to do your best. Much appreciated.
After receiving a very distressing text informing me that all of my personal and business services will be cancelled this week due to no nbn order date being placed, you can imagine I was extremely distressed and had a sleepless night wondering what would happen to patient care in my clinic. I was disconnected with Telstra phone yesterday and only had a short lunch break so could not call back. Was not looking forward to going into the store, I have so many products and account is complex but Anson was calm and we are sorting through this with his amazing team members. Thanks Thanks Thanks.

Very quick and very helpful. Small quibble would be that I kept getting interrupted by the consultant when I was speaking. Don't know what the hurry was; there was no-one else in the store.

Avoid Dimitri at all costs! Terrible and deceptive customer service. Adds "accessory" option to your contract without any explanation of what it is or whether you need it. When confronted the next day to ask to remove, he was incredibly aggressive and rude and refused to accommodate any changes. Clearly just working to add to his personal commission. Someone called Dimitri has posted a 5 star review of the shop. Hmm!

We arrived today with a problem due to not having a cable connection at home for 6 days. We left with a solution, thanks to Marcus (store manager) and Vinod (staff). Marcus was quick to introduce himself, hear our concerns and attend with a solution to get us through the weekend with an internet connection that actually works. Thank you so much to you both today. Moreover, Marcus encouraged us to come back tomorrow (Sunday) as the store was open. Completely different experience to what we received over the phone with Telstra, and these guys definitely know great customer service. I hope that Telstra recognises their excellent service. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. One of the first rules of customer service, is acknowledging the person who may be in your store to spend money with you. Needless to say that didn't occur for the first five minutes.

Not introduction followed by a "this way". When my toddler walked up, the conversation turned to "is THAT yours? " Not going well so far!

I explained that I am a current client who is out of contract. The sales rep then bluntly asks for my phone number, confirms only my first name, then proceeds to look through several of my phone bills. After about a minute, tells me that I would need to give my phone back today, as it was not leased, and I would be paying $125 a month.

I saw red and said thanks and left.

Acknowledgement of a client is important, meet and greet is important. Asking a client what they are looking for is important. None of this occurred. If that individual was working for me in customer service, they would be on centre link benefits on Monday.

I went into this store as I needed a new plan and Vishal from customer service was extremely helpful! I normally have little to no luck with Telstra customer service and was very pleasantly surprised to find someone who was very knowledgeable on Telstra products and could actually help me make the right decision but also fast in trying to help me get to the right outcome - he was great!

One thing I will note is that I tried calling the store beforehand and unfortunately they don't answer when with customers which I appreciate but can be frustrating when on the other end of a line! Perhaps an answering machine service might help here! Otherwise though, very happy (and hard to come by) Telstra experience!

Not very honest. They added another sim card in my plan and I ends up with 2 phone plans/accounts and asked me to sign a lot of paper doc. When the first bill arrived, 2 numbers, 2 plans, and the other one I do not know; Fortunately, Telstra Service Centre helped me to cancel the other one. I WOULD NOT USE this telstra shop again, it was not a careless mistake on their part.but pulling wool over my eyes trying to get more commission. Very very disappointed with their behavior.

ANSWER YOUR PHONES.you have a phone number, you are a phone shop
I’ve tried to call this store at least 10 times over a week or more
I live in Glen Iris so it’s the closest store.
I have a simple question about availability of a product & shouldn’t be forced to drive there when it can easily be resolved by just picking up the phone.it’s not that hard is it?

They lied openly to my face and said they couldn't repair my phone, as only three stores in Victoria repair phones. I accepted that they didn't want to help me and I left. I immediately called Telstra to say what happened (as they directed me to go to this store) and then they said they should be able to repair it and return it. Not sure what to do. I feel helpless. Thanks Telstra.

Marcus at the T Store in Camberwell is the most helpful and understanding employee i have ever come across.
I recommend everybody use this store to buy any Telstra product or service. THIS GUY IS TELSTRA'S NUMBER 1.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Vishal has looked after me on several occasions. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and genuinely embarrassed when I had to wait on one visit. He displayed patience when dealing with the technology challenged person that I am. I have moved recently and I won't hesitate to go back to Camberwell.
