Worst costumer service EVER. Very rude, speaking in Chinese between each other while the client is in front of them.
Not able to transfer from pre-paid to post paid. Seems that they are hiding something.
Please, don't come here!

Wildly expensive, and some of the poorest and most unreliable customer service I have ever encountered

Awful service. So slow and unhelpful. Telstra on a whole are bad I would swap service and do not go to this store.
