Telstra

Beware! Lots of complaints about them. They put me on a phone plan and ‘forgot’ to tell me of the extra monthly ongoing costs for the ‘included extras’. Now am paying $50 per month on top of my $140 phone plan for extras that I don’t want or need.
When I went to return a faulty charger they refused to listen. Kept me waiting 2 hours pretending to go out back and talk to ‘manager’ and wouldn’t abide by consumer affairs law.
They are not Telstra. They are a franchisee and earn massive commission on sales.

Worst service ever. Witnessed a staff member answer a customer back in an abrupt way just because the customer was complaining of the long wait. Two staff members were helping one customer while another two people including myself were waiting for service.

Amazing Service! A very big thank you to Sarah and supporting staff who helped me and my partner with our new phones on Sunday. What a remarkable team. Their affable & professional approach towards us has been commendable. The absolutely gorgeous Sarah left no stone unturned. She was incredibly patient, provided more than enough information in easy to understand terms (i so needed that) and explained all aspects required for us to maximize the best out of our plans and what we needed. We really felt like she was working for our best interest. She was amazingly accommodating and beyond helpful. She really delivered more than what we could have imagined.
We left the store feeling really taken care of, entertained with laughter and we were quite struck by such a professional lovely young lady. If i had a business, I would certainly attempt to poach her. All the other staff we great too. Great bunch Telstra! We'll be coming back! You certainly have an asset in your hands. Thank you again guys! Your amazing!

I found the sales person Palak of high standard and he spent a lot of time explaining the phone to me which was very helpful. I would recommend this store and management to my friends.

One of my customers took her laptop to this shop thinking she had a problem. Their "technician" removed the anti-virus I had installed, and replaced it with another anti-virus product at a cost well above the normal retail price. I rang the shop and insisted that they give my customer a full refund, and restore her laptop to the state it was in before they removed the original anti-virus product. The store complied with my demand, but was rude to the customer. Beware!

I am completely overwhelmed by the services provided by Palak. Not only did he offer me a great plan but also helped me setting up my account and all other necessary procedures. I am glad to be associated with Telstra and thanks Palak for being so patient with all my queries and for offering me the great deal.

Went in to change my plan to save money and the sales person spent heaps of time running through all the options with me and I now save $40 a month on my bill! Was refreshing to have someone who actually took the time to help out and get a good result

I have been with telstra over 4 years but becuase this people i have canceled my contract and move to Optus.rude unprofessional staff? I understand they franchise but if they don't sale you something they ask you to call telstra or they can't help you.my advice do everything on line and let see how they make living with this unprofessional staff.
