Went in to get help with the QR check in app. It was wonderful experience and excellent service by Palak.

Conned my elderly parents in law to a lower service so that they could get the commission. Gave them a $360 speaker they don't need in return for a $10.67 a month for 36 months and a $10 discount on the smaller mobile service.

I just have to share my amazing experience with Nash at the airport west store. He was so attentive, helpful and friendly. He actually spent the time to go over different plans with me so that I wasn’t continuing to spend so much money each month. You honestly don’t get service like that very often these days so it’s greatly appreciated when people actually care for their customer. Thanks again Nash.

Very disappointed in the staff's attitude here. I asked to purchase one of the phones they had on display but the manager went out the back to check if they had in stock. After no more than 10 seconds he returned to say that they did not have. I asked if any other Telstra shop would have stock. He told me he had checked and no stock existed in these stores. Firstly, I call BS based on the fact that he simply didn't have enough time to check his own stock let alone any other store. Secondly, why have an item on display if you do not have available for purchase. I used to back Telstra 100% on all my personal and business deals, but now I guess I am open to business with other carriers. The stores' manager attitude was disgraceful.

I went here today- I was the only person in the shop. I was enquiring about connecting to the Broadband, internet etc. The 2 shop assistants could not have been LESS helpful. My husband went to the same store today / regarding a different issue. The same man that served me also served him - with the same result- No help what so ever! He ended up going to JB Hi Fi. They could not have been more helpful.

Palak and the young fellow in the store were of great help. The service was amazing and I will comeback again.

5 stars for just one of their staff Nash, who was very helpful in activating my SIM for Boost mobile. I wish there’s was an option for rating every employee, I would have given zero to the rest because while Nash was trying to solve my problem the rest of staff was constantly pinching him that they don’t entertain Boost customers, despite the fact that Boost is subsidiary of Telstra and Boost customer care told me by phone go to Telstra store and they should be able to help. I didn’t want to be rude with everyone so I didn’t made a fuss of it in the store and walked away.

Came into Telstra store at Westfield with a new phone and was helped by Palak. Did a first class job transferring all my contacts and then reviewed my home bundle, also sorted a better package for me. Can't thank them enough for all their help. Kevin also helped connect my new headphones to my new phone. Thank you guys. At last some great service!

Palak and Nash were very helpful in setting up a new tablet and transferring the applications from the old. Excellent customer service.

Took too long to get my contract renewed. They need to simplify the process. Staff were very friendly though.

Told there is a wait list for assistance to see manager at front counter. Stood at front counter waiting to see manager to be completely ignored by all staff. Will never be back at this store

Palak the store manager showed zero interest in assisting me with my business phone transfer, was very rude and dismissive. Certainly would not recommend coming to the airport west store for decent customer service. Clearly he had no interest in building client relations for this branch. Very disappointing.
