I use to work for telstra (I was a beta) omg this store would have to be one of the worst stores i have ever encountered. Sales people here DONOT understand the word NO try push u into a plan thats similar to plan ur already on and id lose my data sharing if i was to change plans. Wasnt an option. Anyways be warned the Indian sales people are all about the sales NOT about u the customer.

At the entrance there is a male VINNI he is so rude and just ignore costumers and even don’t respond just saying two minutes. It was my second time experiencing worst costumer service from him. He takes the name and say in 20minutes we will call you but never calls or text someone. The only thing he got is fake smile on his face which doesn’t helped me. Will never see the store again with that male in

Daniel needs to be retrained. He doesn’t know how to serve the customer. The staff is so rude. They are arrogant. Not happy at all.

Had a mixed bag here. When i signed up for my S8 i was cut a good deal & looked after. When my plan was up for renew i went to discuss my option of either an S9+ or wait for the S10. I was assisted but it was made clear to me that my deal could not be honoured & the price would be drastically higher. On release of the S10 i returned to the store where to renew my plan with free phone swap it was going to cost me $25pm more, not include phone insurance and not give me the same data (3gb +2gb). I left the store and consulted vodafone who put together a convincing deal at the same price. On returning home i went to telstras site and found they offered to swap my S8 to S10, throw in earbuds, give 20gb data and only $5 pm more.so i upgraded online thus convincing me the telstra store is no use.

Very bad service from man that claimed to be the manager! I came in with a faulty 1 month old smart watch which I bought from the Telstra store at high point, and spoke to the manager thinking I would get some assistance. He told me to go to the Samsung store instead as they could help me, he made no attempt to help out even though I’m a business customer. Very bad service Telstra, you are meant to be the leaders on this field. My question Why pay the premium for poor service?

I didn’t have great expectations, so when we were shown to a seat it didn’t look good. Changed to Telstra mobile from Optus no sale required, but 20mins to complete paperwork and then told to come back tomorrow to sign off the contract. Not impressed.

Useless customer service. Can't even leave your phone with them to get it fixed, you need to wait 4 days for a technician.

The Customer service I found was great thanks to one individual Lani who was absolutely lovely and very helpful but sadly she has left & I've been waiting on a call from the store by another assistant to confirm my order but No call so called the Highpoint store myself now being days with NO ANSWER or NO CALLBACK?

This has been my go-to store for the past few years, i've always had a great experience and never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. I've had nothing but issues dealing with Telstra business online however, once I dealt with the team at Highpoint, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Staff Arjun told me on my face that me coming to the shop again and again was annoying him, even when I showed him on my phone that Telstra has put me on call for almost 2 hours.

Telstra shop at Highpoint Shopping Centre- Excellent service. I run my own business.
On 2 occasions was served promptly and managed to be signed up with a new account within 15 minutes and the mobile has worked perfectly since.

Walked in the Telstra shop at Highpoint today (13th Jan 2018) and must say it was a hell of an experience!
My wife and I with a brochure in hand walked up to the counter where there was only one person there, he was scanning some phones when he literally and aggressively said!
“I’m with someone mate! Get in line! ” Now the odd thing is!
1. So rudely spoken to
2. He didn’t even look at us not once!
My wife and I looked at each other and laughed and walked out!
Sorry but I’ll just stay w Optus thanks! Never have I ever been spoken to like that before by any staff member in any store.ever!

Poor customer Service. In particular SHANE and ARJUN. They Lied directly to my face, telling me i could resign to a new contract and have my old one cancelled without Early Termination Charges. Right to my face. Lied. I was reassured many times i would not be committed to two plans. They are poor excuses for customer service salesmen.

This matter has now been resolved by the case manager from telstra and i have been compensated and they are being reviewed.
