I want to open a Business Wifi Account Telstra High Point Shopping Center.

1st Visit - Telstra system wont recognise my Victorian Drivers License? Sat down for 45 minutes' with a Customer Officer who is new recruit.

2nd Visit - I go in to ask before I try to join in and spend another 45 minutes with no results, if they can check why my Victorian Drivers License cannot be accepted.

Was told the only way they can answer this is to raise a technical ticket and will take 3-5 business day for a respond. I have to wait for approx 15 min for a Customer Officer and another 15 min to a put in a request. 1 hour 15 min invested for zero dollars and being looked after by 12 y.o who realy dont give a damn. Madness

Visited the store yesterday to upgrade phone, to be told we needed a booking. Made a booking for today, male sales rep even took down the phone we wanted, said he’d put it aside. Returned to the store today, taking time off work, to be told there was no appointment. Girl didn’t even apologise or offer to make another booking. Really bad service!

Unhelpful and a waste of my time. Actually more disappointed in myself thinking I’d be able to resolve my issue in the store than I am in the unfriendly staff member I encountered, only solution given to me was to leave and call Telstra. Pretty ridiculous you can’t even request a call back via the online chat……

The service attitude of this Telstra is poor. The staff at the customer service center lack patience and professional knowledge. They also show no concern for customer complaints and feedback, and fail to provide effective solutions. Overall, the service attitude and quality of Telstra are very disappointing. It is recommended that consumers consider other better options.

Definitely enjoyed my experience in this Telstra store signed up Yesterday on a plan now definitely can be stressful but wow seen a bloke called Johnny and been treated with nothing but Respect and kindness like wise for the other stuff would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know if I need to go back in for anything will be with this store! Thnx heaps to Johnny and the Telstra store at highpoint

Store is a joke, went in there to buy a new phone and was told to wait 2 and a half hours while 3 staff just stand around and giggle with each other. Business customers means nothing to Telstra.

No wonder why this place already has bad reviews. Ordered I phone and the message they sent shows it’s delivered, went to pick up the staff says hasn’t arrived. I showed him the message it shows it’s been delivered, he explained me it’s delivered to carrier depo. It’s like I don’t know how tracking works. I rang star track they said it’s delivered to the correct address and receiver has signed who’s them. I would be satisfied if he had said we can’t be bothered to look today.

I received the best customer service experience to date at the Telstra store Highpoint.
I was served by Rem who absolutely made my day. He is a huge asset to your store and just a wonderful human being.

This place is just filled with rude and arrogant staff. Not helpful at all and will never tell you the relevant information for yourself. Very disappointing service.

Service is very frustrating, they are very unresponsive and unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for 1 hour and asked them if they can jump me in before someone if possible they said NO. All the time they were just passing the time saying that other guys could come up but no one was there. It’s ridiculous for since it was just a 2 minute information I needed on my e-sim plans. I’m not coming here anymore

I visited telstra today looking for a home wifi, phuong helped me and my partner to even find our nbn box at home by guiding us trough. She was amazing and got us set up with internet in less than 5 minutes!:)

Extremely rude staff. This was my second day in Australia and had been having major problems trying connect to the mobile network. Basically had no way of communicating without access to the net work. Had visited the Telstra in the city earlier and received really good service and help from a kind young lady. Ended up going to this Telstra later in the day and wow.it was a lot different. Was asked to explain my situation only to have the staff member turn around halfway through talking and start a conversation with a workmate. Was then passed on to another member of the staff who was arrogant and facetious. To be fair the issue I had could not be solved then and there but the way I was dealt with was shocking.

I would say that don’t waste your money and time with (Telstra) poor reception and net.the customer also poor as their network.they are so polite the first time when they do customer service or dealing.once you got issues in reception or net call for assist Then they say come office we don’t have time to do on phone like street junkie

My husband bought me headphones for Christmas but not being Tech savvy I needed help from Jarred (?) at Highpoint. He inserted radio apps on my phone showed me the basics of the headphones use and treated me with respect courtesy and a hint of laughter at something I said. I meant to tell you this sooner Oops My bad, Thank you for excellent service
