Nothing positive to say. Always a stuff around game hand ball from store to call Telstra to then go back to store.

Avoid this store. Incorrect sign up and error in store led to being referred to debt collection agency. Thanks Telstra!

Bad store, bad management, sound not give me a blank replacement sim because I didn't have my licence. A BLANK SIM they could not help, I had access to my account and had a recent bill, still could not help me. Stupid management, not very halpfull but I can say at least they stick to their policies.

After having a great experience the first time with one of my business phones I decided to go back and purchase another. Little did I know that it was going to be one of the worst transactions I was ever to make. Not only is the store manager in compant of his job, even after admitting fault and admitting that the information was never disclosed, I still had to run around to get apple to do there dirty work. What ever happened to plain old customer service, your mistake you fix it. Well get ready for a ride you have never experienced. I have purchased my wife another phone and I still have the rubbish you supplied. Now I have evidence that it was a manufacturing fault and I have spoken to another Telstra store that was happily able to exchange it until they found out you were a franchised dealer. Looks like I will be seeing you at vcat. It was never about a phone it was about the idiots that are representing your brand. Have a merry Christmas and expect a special card from me in the mail.

Customer service was very poor after you sign a contract you don’t give a dam about your customers
Was going to buy a screen protector and they wanted to charge extra to fit it on 39.95 screen and 20 to put it on
wont sign a new contract at all after 2 year because you your staff

My Christmas present has turned into a living nightmare thanks to the WORST customer service In the world! Just wait until you guys receive a formal complaint from the Telecommunications Industry ombudsman!

I'd just like to personally thank you, Thomas for helping my mum purchase a new iPad and getting her connected to the net. I felt very uneasy when she called me to tell me her modem stopped working and she wanted to upgrade her iPad because I couldn't be there to help her. I urged her to wait for me to visit again from interstate to make sure she wouldn't be sold a whole bunch of unnecessary things she knows nothing about and most likely be taken advantage of because of her age and knowledge of tech items

Not only did you sort her account out, gave her a good deal on her home phone and brand new modem with her new iPad. You gave her your time and honesty and above all the connectivity back to her family she so dearly missed. She was absolutely delighted when she called me to tell me you setup her new iPad, put all the apps back on it and got it sorted for her with a bunch of accessories free of charge. Thank you so much for your time and patience.

If I was in Melbourne I'd personally come and shake your hand. All the best to you and your future.

Man, terrible experience: the 1st thing which I saw within this store was an old man calling for the manager whom never came. I was attended by the "ghost" manager. The most unreasonable person I met in the last several years of my life. Bad on you telstra. This is a heads up from a customer whom have been with you fore more then 6 years.

I met shop manager Rahul, consulted with him for the home broadband. He gave very good recommendation and his team member Thomas signed the contract with me. Very good experience.
And when I had issue with the billing Rahul helped to resolve it within 2 mins.

Rahul is kind of the manager could bring in and keep the customer with Telstra.
