52Poor customer service, & manager didn't really seem helpful with basic android queries. Glad i went elsewhere.
Went at 2: 30 pm to find out more about new phones and plans, got told by the staff to come back next day as they didn’t have any appointments!
They staff is super lazy and doesn’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss!
Poor customer service, and rude. Last time I went in there was regarding a id check that was requested by Telstra online services. They advised me I needed to go to my nearest Telstra to show id.
I walked in there the so called “store manager“ looked clueless, and was saying “ I don’t know what they have told you” what’s that “.
I brushed that off didn’t want to make judgments based on one unqualified manager.
Went in yesterday as I did a trade-in online, and I had the option of just dropping the phone off at a Telstra store. First they let you wait 10 mins without addressing you, then another so called manager (I don’t know how they even become managers with so much disrespect) He goes you need to make an appointment, something that I was not aware of. Anyway please watch your manners and get more training before calling yourself a manager as you are a big failer. You can’t treat customers and think your important because your not.you are just another untrained idiot.
Great team at Telstra in Epping Plaza. Chris was polite and tactful in helping me with my issue. Very confident will be repeating business there. Cheers
Rude employee, went to the store he didn't even listened to my problem and just asked me to come tomorrow, I asked him to listen my problem he just denied and said come tomorrow
Needed a replacement phone in a hurry. Turned up here without notice on Sunday. Despite being snowed under with some awkward customers and problems with our account they got me sorted out. Well done Manni. Your a credit to the store!
I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Epping Telstra store, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. The encounter with one particular staff member named Ishita Manny left a sour taste in my mouth. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made the entire ordeal even more frustrating.
After spending an hour arguing and educating Ishita about the contractual agreement relating to the insurance I reached my breaking point and requested to speak with the manager. To my relief, the manager was willing to listen and address my concerns. Unlike Ishita, the manager demonstrated a helpful and understanding attitude, and I finally received the assistance I have been paying $15 a month for over the last 24 months (Telstra insurance)
However, I must caution others about visiting Telstra on a Sunday. It seemed evident that the staff members were more concerned with leaving work early than providing quality customer service, this seems evident because after an hour of wasting my time I was told to return the next day because they were “closing”, This lack of dedication and willingness to assist customers on a weekend is disappointing, especially considering I work 6 days a week!
I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering visiting the Epping Telstra store. While the manager's assistance was commendable, the unpleasant encounter with Ishita Manny and the general lack of enthusiasm from the staff on a Sunday make me hesitate to recommend this particular location. If possible, I suggest avoiding all encounters with Ishita Manny and the store.

Went there to change details on my mobile but I never had an appointment! It was too difficult, the poor sales person was over worked and had 4 appointments for the rest of the day, even though they weren't there yet. So I had to get paperwork to take home, to fill out, to scan and then email, luckily I have a scanner. Luckily I don't have to make appointments with other retailers or I would never get anything done.
Be really carful when you going to purchase anything in Epping store before you make order they tell you your service or your other will be delivery 5 days but actually time is 6 weeks simply they lie to you just to make you buy something.
Horrible stuff and really dishonest one you order something then there is no one in the store can’t help you except telling you to go home and wait.
It’s really bad experience.
Even they forced me to change my number plan so they could be a good sales for head office.
No changes and hips of whehicles kind of take over of motor vehicles and small area whilst other markets grow bigger and more Fgluent prices are hight
Everytime I come to the store they say we short in staff and busy come back later im new to telstra and I think was m8stake to join them

I know is Sunday and they might be tired but is a Customer Service position and if the staff doesn’t listen the customer’s need how are they going to help?
At the end we went to Coles, got a $40something button cel to fix our problem, because they were out of SIM cards.
Had a young lady serve me who was extremely pleasant. Explained everything i asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go back again. A great experience.
Showed up at 630pm store closes at 7pm nothing open! Why advertise you are open and you are not. Even called store twice at 6pm no answer!
Called at 4pm on Tuesday afternoon booked an appointment for 10am the next day. Got here at 9: 30 to ensure we didn't miss the appointment, the shop didn't open. Called the shop and it went to a mangers number we were informed that were not planning on open so begun driving home. Got a phone call they were opening at 11 and could we wait around. Not only was there no communication about the store opening later, the customer service was terrible, the people who work in this store have no personalities nor do they even seem like they want to help. The way the women who was working spoke to an elderly women while we were in the store was disgusting. If I could give this store less then one star I would. Save your time and go to Craigieburn or South Morang. The people who work here do not care about helping anyone.
Went in there today 30-12-2021 was quickly served by a young girl named Ash, was a delightful experience. Helped me with my damaged phone and I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes with a brand new phone Couldn’t fault her service.
No interest in helping at all. Was told they couldn't change my prepaid plan because they don't do it at that store and that I should go buy a sim card at coles because they don't sell them. Absolute joke.
Went to the plenty valley store and the guys there told me that they were lying and probably just couldn't be bothered helping which I suspected already.
Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I can't remember the name of the young guy who works there (afternoon of 11/06/2020), but flawless service.
