Our organisation has been with TELCO ICT for more than 4 years now and each and every time we experience a technical difficultly, they always respond, trouble shoot and resolve the matter for us as quickly as they possibly can. They follow through on the progress of the matter and escalate matters when necessary. They always keep us updated.
Telco ICT are also accessible outside of normal business hours and also on the weekends.
We are an organisation that is highly reliant on the telephones working at all of our outlets-especially in the evenings and on the weekends-and on the many occasions that we have experienced faults and outages, the staff at Telco ICT always go out of their way to help us and minimise the down time or put diversions in place.
