Since Friday last week, my iPecs phone system stopped working in the middle of the day! I spent in total 6 hours on my own personal phone to what felt like Telstra Business Department after Telstra Department after Telstra Business Department, and roughly around 15 different Telstra Business employees with absolutely NO solution and just being passed around.
Monday morning I got in touch with Dora at Telco ICT, and she sent me out Raj that afternoon! When Raj wasn't able to fix the issue, he organized for Mac to come in the next morning! And what a superstar Mac is! His work is quality, and safe & cant be faulted! Our small business could have suffered tremendously without our phone system, their prompt and professional team are definitely highly rated! Thumbs up from us!

After spending 5 days dealing directly with Telstra Corp to sort out our phone lines and Internet which unexpectedly went down and getting no resolution despite approx 20 hours of wasted time either on hold or speaking to someone who couldn't help, I spoke with the team at Telco ICT who instantly understood my frustration and stress, and took control of the situation.
The team, specifically Kunal, Leon & Leah worked after hours directly with Telstra to diagnose the problem, and arranging a solution to be put in place.
