My brand new Air was only able to cope with a few basic tasks after a technician had transferred data and programmes, another technician from the company could not help. Andy from TechWerx had been helpful with another Apple so I was delighted to find that he was available. Not only is he perfectly comfortable in Apple's world, quick to identify and fix any problem, he is cheerful and swift so that the entire consultation is a relief from the moment he picks up the 'phone or opens the door. Monterey now flies me through all the nooks and crannies of the digital world.
In summary Alan and Techwerx are the folk to sort out any computer's problems, I have the highest respect for their service.
