Just had the greatest experience having my MacBook Air fixed. My computer was picked up at my home, taken away, texts and pics were sent throughout the process and the computer was hand delivered to my door within hours. It was completely fixed and they even managed to save all my data!

Andy was fantastic in helping us get our Laptop Screen Replaced.
The pickup drop off service was very efficient and he kept us updated the whole way along with how the repair was going.

Andy picked up my laptops in less than an hour after I called TechWerx. It’s nothing short of amazing, he put me at ease and advised me straight away he would be able to transfer all of my data over to the newer laptop and upgrade the O/S and install Office Pro 2021. He did all of this and much more and I had my laptop all fixed and returned in less than 24hrs. I’m still blown away at this exceptional, knowledgeable service that Andy provided. Andy has always been very helpful and is always available to help us with whatever issues we have! We can easily request a remote login via his website and he will logon remotely to assist us! My hard drive had failed and I had received less than adequate support from a previous IT business. Andy stepped in and knew exactly what to do to reset my computer, upgrade to current systems and got all my emails up and running again.
He then downloaded everything from iCloud so nothing was lost. He even linked my windows laptop to my iMac and my iPhone. He was fast, efficient and professional. He actually seemed genuinely happy to have been able to help. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service. Highly recommend him.
