Just wanted to let you know that I was able to recover everything that I needed, and everything else I didn't need - so that is 100% recovery.

I wanted to let you know how grateful I am to you and your engineers.

I was incorrect in suggesting that I needed the file to be stored as a "backed up" file. In fact, after speaking to Apple Technical Support, it worked out better that the recovery was stored exactly the way that your engineer had stored it. Turns out that it is possible that some of the files that were in the mix could have been harmful to my computer possibly being the reason for the failure in the first place.

So, just as you suggested, I patiently moved each file that I needed, to the location that they needed to be in.

Additionally, your engineer was also able to recover my programs, and just as easily, I was able to also move them into the relevant program locations and are working better than before.

I was initially concerned that it was never going to be easy because of using both Apple Applications AND Parallel Windows Applications and programs, however, you and your team have excelled beyond belief.

For customer service, professionalism, friendliness, politeness, care, promptness/turn around, intelligence, cost, overall satisfaction is 10/10!

When my laptop shut down forever I was anxious about recovering my hard drive data. I phoned Technetics and was given a detailed quote and estimated time for data retrieval, which I accepted. I am a photographer, and had my entire portfolio of images on a portable hard drive when it died. I was devastated as I thought my hard drive was damaged to the point it could not be repaired, but then someone suggested that I go and see Technetics so I paid them a visit.

As someone without much knowledge of hard drives etc I was really struggling when my external hard drive was accidentally wiped. It had all of our family photos from the previous 15 years.
I had previously gotten a "professional" to fix it but they got about 5% of the data back.
I decided to try technetics as they were quite close by to where I lived and I was not disappointed.
Within a day of leaving the device in I was told that they had found a huge amount of data and were confident of retrieving most of it. They delivered on this promise and within a week I had virtually all of my data back.

The guys were excellent to deal with especially when I was really stressed out when I first walked in.
All the data was recovered and the finished it few days earlier than expected. Nicholas explained the whole process and kept me up to date through the whole time, thank you very much. Great experience in an otherwise nervous and tense period of my life ️

I was very impressed with the staff at Technetics from front reception staff to the help and customer service of Nicholas Dee who explained the recovery of my data. Callum and his team did an excellent job at recovering our clients` data while remaining professional throughout the entire process.

Bad 1st hand experience. Technics Data Recovery gave me a low quote over the phone. I left my drive for a formal quote that came in nearly double the original price. I couldn't afford the price so I picked up my drive. Turned out it was left partially stripped down with missing parts. They denied all responsibility and left me with nothing. Can't be trusted with valuable goods!

Recently my portable hard drive crashed with everything on it. To say I was devastated is an understatement! I took my hard drive to another company, who were unable to retrieve any data due to the severity of the crash. As anyone who has experienced this knows, it is a dreadful feeling. They did however, recommend Technetics to me. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was extremely helpful and talked me through the initial process. I was then contacted by Jake and the team within 2 days and they were able to give me a quote and time frame, with confidence on retrieving all my data. In just over a week, I have my hard drive back, with what appears to be ALL my data! I am extremely grateful to everyone involved (particularly Jake and Simone) for keeping me up to date with the process, for answering all my questions, and most importantly, retrieving all my data! That's 10 years of teaching work, photos, uni work, music.you name it, all back securely with me! Even though I am chalking this up to an expensive lesson in backing up (which I will be doing regularly from now on), the money spent was well worth the outcome, and the customer service was fantastic. I cannot thank these lovely people enough! I hope never to need them again (now that I will become a backing up expert, fingers crossed), but should the situation arise, I would not hesitate to go directly to Technetics.
