I have only positive feedback regarding Technetics Data Recovery. I dealt with Elizabeth and Robert who were very professional and easy to deal with. They gave me a clear understanding of the process and what I might be able to expect. Robert was also not phased when I hastily arrived on their doorstep, shortly after having spoken to Elizabeth, despite not having the required form that had been emailed to me.

It did take a little longer than I expected, but admittedly there were a lot of files to recover. Regardless of this it was provided within the 10 business days as initially advised.
