I have to say I am not related to anybody at this company, but they deserve a 6 star rating!:) I've now had two jobs done, one a few weeks ago was a screen replacement on my laptop and today i had a Solid State Drive SSD hard drive replacement. On both occasions I got a quote beforehand and a timeline and both jobs came in on quoted price and ahead of timeline. I cannot rave about these guys enough. I've had many computers repaired over a few decades and I am so pleasantly surprised to find these diamonds in an industry full of coal. Highly recommend.

I was hunting around for weeks for a good place to order a custom built PC, when Sebastian at Techbay was recommended to me.
He is extremely professional, knowledgable, and down to earth when it comes to explaining terminology. I gave him a list of what I required, and he got back to me very quickly with fantastic options and advice. Fabulous service from Sebastian at Techbay, repaired my laptop which had a broken hinge and screen. Great communications and a pleasure to deal with, honest advice & prices for their expertise are reasonable. Will not go anywhere else now I found them for any of my computer needs or issues.

Sebastian was awesome! My laptop suddenly died with 2 months of work on it that hadn't been backed up. He was able to problem solve and track down the two issues that had led to a short occurring and not only saved the computer but all my work. Can not recommend them enough!
