As someone who is not overly tech savvy, I presented Sebastian with an old and clunky PC looking for an upgrade.
My one specific request was everything: documents, emails and photos needed to be uploaded to any new computer.
Sebastian and the Tech Bay team met my request with everything uploaded to a brand new PC, Windows 11 upgrade and all I had to do was set it up and turn it on to get going again
And I was happy with what I felt was a fair and reasonable price for all the work provided.

These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them! A family business, the team is professional, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to assist me, even though it wasn't a major repair opportunity for them. I'd gone in as I was experiencing issues with my printer. My hands were covered in black ink. It was a new cartridge and the machine itself only two years old, so I couldn't understand what the problem was. They checked it, explained that it was the cartridge and not the machine that was problematic, and held the printer there while I popped into Officeworks to buy another cartridge so they could test it for me to make absolutely sure. They went above and beyond and didn't charge me a cent on this occasion as they said it didn't take long and wasn't a big deal. Any tech issues I have in future, whether desktop, laptop, tablet, notebook, or printer, I will definitely be taking it to them. Thanks so much guys for saving my day!

I contacted Tech bay to look at a issue with my Apple mac.
Sebastian owner of tech bay was very responsive and said it will be ready tomorrow. I was very impressed with the can do attitude from tech bay. Sure enough a ph call 24 hours later from tech bay that my mac was ready to be picked up. The invoice was very modest i thought and when I arrived home the Mac operated great.
I will make tech bay my go to business for all my Comp issues
