Folks at TBT finished the install at our place on time without any hassle and I would recommend TBT to absolutely everyone. They are very reasonable on price and also brilliant on quality. On top of that everyone is really friendly at TBT.

Abby did a great job and was very thorough, helpful and friendly. The doors & screens were ready within a week, just as he said they would be. Alesha from the office coordinated everything and called me to say that the email with the quote might end up in my junk folder, which was great because it did! Tony the installer was very meticulous and my daughter is really happy with the job. I thought the price was really competitive too.

The Team at TBT are amazing. Not only are their prices super competitive, and products of a high quality, their speed of manufacture and install were an unexpected surprise. Customer service is excellent. They kept in contact with me letting me know if they were running late or early for the install days. They do everything from fly screens, blinds and security doors. Good service in terms of quality but communication is so bad. Once you placed the order, there is no update on delays and how the order is progressing.

It was advised that door will be installed in 20 days but finally be got installed after 2 months after chasing for lot of time.

When door was installed, it is good quality and you forget delays then.
