Abhi was exceptional. He provided a wealth of knowledge to my wife and I on the available security door products. He has a very polite, professional and respectful manner which my wife and I really appreciated. After visiting a few more local companies we promptly contacted Abhi to arrange our security door and side light screens. The owner Tony provided excellent service; measuring, preparing and installing within 5 days! All of our Insect screens were also re-meshed.
Price was commensurate to the high quality of the product but was very reasonable.
We highly recommend TBT you won’t be disappointed.

70 dollars callout fee only and adjustment will be on top of that. Reason cannot come on site sooner than 2 weeks: the person is not in the area.
So question is what is the 70 callout fee for if the person has to be in the area? Inflation has gone to the roof. Derrimut to werribee at most is say 40 dollars fuel at the most exagerrated level. And 30 just to diagnose the problem? When questioned, the audacious reply was locksmith maybe can do your job. I guess customer service has been redefined.

Got 3 doors installed. Aravind is very easy to do business with (Not pushy at all). The door comes with double mesh for extra protection against flies and other insects entering. Good price, great quality and excellent customer service.

Excellent quality, competitive price, super fast turnaround. 2nd time around to have them installed our security doors already, 5 years later still dealing with the same great team and produced the same top quality. Tony the installer/the boss could be very busy but he always make sure the doors are fitted the best way it could be, he always go beyond and make sure they installed perfectly. I think they are the only company who will install an insect mesh on top of the door mesh, really appreciated for this bonus. Keep up the good work.

I contacted TBT on Tuesday leaving a message for a Sales Rep.to return a call to arrange an onsite quote. Abi returned call very promptly and offered to visit my home at 12 - MIDDAY the following Friday. It is now Saturday and I am still waiting. Yes I could have called him but I thought he was just running late. Funny thing I really wanted one of his products and 2 other medium sized jobs done. Pretty slack. Obviously doesn't need my money.
