27One of my favourite Chinese restaurants. Lobster with noodle is never to be missed. Service is fast and good.
Great customer service. Even though it’s only one wait staff who’s serving for over 13 tables when we were there. She’s even running a few times to provide good service. I’ll suggest the owner to hire more staff when it’s busy.
The beef and lemon chicken were delicious.
My husband likes their tea.
Popular spot for chinese dinner banquets. We have probably ordered the dishes which were rather ordinary so tastewise was nothing special.might need to try its other dishes.
All I wanted was a nice relaxing Saturday night dinner. Heard about their lobster deal and wanted to try them out. It was quite nice but it couldn't save them this review.
I did everything correctly, reserved a seat for 7: 30pm.
Strike 1 - I arrived at 7: 30pm. Nobody at the counter and there's already 4 groups waiting. Ignored most of the time. No system and carnage ensued. 10/10 expected Authentic customer service.
Strike 2 - Only got seated at 8: 10pm! 40 minute wait time, for a Reservation. Everytime I asked he said 5 more minutes.
Strike 3 - This made me nearly walk out. The air conditioning started leaking. (video included). Felt like I needed a weather man to report on it. The staff didn't care and walked under the air conditioning rain so some guest had some extra watery flavour in their dishes. Everyone who ate on the Sat 22/02/20 7: 30pm session, you know where your diahorea came from if you had it.
Id say if none of this happened, this place would have been decent but my God. There are so many more better Chinese places out there. Taste of Cantonese, please learn from this. Your okay food won't save you from abysmal customer service and experience.
Food is really good and price point is good. Only problem would be a language barrier but not something that would hinder one from getting what they need and want.
Good was we'll presented and tasty, but we were using a voucher and the choices were meagre. Don't think I would use a voucher there again. Took the shine off the thrill of going out to dinner.
Went here for dinner, I really liked the food, the staff were really nice and they worked very hard at doing a good job. Food was reasonable priced. I left with a fully belly. I mention this as their is nothing worse than leaving a resturant hungry, thank you for a great night
