Taking Shape Fawkner Clearance Store

The staff are lovely, very helpful, positive in what they do. Love chatting with them as they are helping me. Great Customer Service. They have even gone beyond at times.

Every time I visit Melbourne I make sure I go to TS Faulkner, the staff are always so lovely and go out of their way to help.

Love Taking Shape Fawkner as it is a factory outlet ss well as having a retail store. The fsctory outlet is a hard to resist.

Came across this gem bt accident. Staff were very helpful and lots of fantastic prices on the clothing and shoes. Well worth a visit.

Great service and also offer free styling if you need some advice. They offer generous sizes and quite a large range of clothing to choose from i will definitely be back.

Got a $25 birthday voucher, when asked if i could use it, the rude staff member Hayley, told me i could buy the costume jewellery.
Which is horrible.

Waited 15min in line, whilst another staff member kept chatting needlessly, whilst 4 other customers waited & had to listen to this endless chatter.

Also, this store in Fawkner is meant to be a sale/clearance store? No cheaper than the Taking Shape store in Bentleigh.

If you’re a TS fan but haven’t visited this particular clearance store, you’re crazy. It’s HUGE. Don’t do a flying visit; it’ll take time to work your way around. Be patient, but odds are that you’ll find some great bargains. It is true that some racks are overflowing
with XS and S (. And what do we learn from that TS buyers?) but overall the range of sizes and styles runs the full gambit. This. Store. Rocks.

Great clothes, but for a 'clearance centre' very over-priced.

The pricing at this clearance centre, are the same prices that the retail stores have.

I just had the best experience with Debbie, she really took her time helping me select items. She tried new things on me, things I would probably walk past and they look great. Fantastic customer skills, would highly recommend.

Always find a bargain well under retail prices many reduced 50% or more. New, we can also buy current styles at retail prices too.

Brilliant. Plenty of stock plus we were lucky enough to be there for 40% off already marked down prices. Staff were nice and helpful. Easy to get to.
