My best shop in Victoria I love their clothes and the styling staffs are so helpful and beautiful

Great place for shapely ladies with sizes starting from 12 and up.
Very friendly staff and willingly assist you to find what you looking for. Complimentary coffees available plus mini internet kiosk.

Popped into taking Shape Fawkner. What a lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble. After a long day prior the staff made me a cup of coffee to go. It was delicious. Very pleased with my purchase 5 pieces for under $100.

Mother and I were very frustrated with each other due to different style preferences and staff were very accommodating even going so far as to providing a much needed coffee. Staff even providing steaming services

Everyone in that store is wonderful. They are there to actually help you. Make sure you don’t have to wait to check out. While you are in the dressing rooms, they walk by and ask if they can get you anything. While I was in the dressing room they asked my husband if he’d like a cup or coffee. I love shopping there

I had an amazing experience shopping at the Taking Shape shop in Fawkner just recently due to the incredible customer service I received from shop employee Julie…. She went all out to find me clothes I thought would take me weeks to find and I now have a much better looking wardrobe. I highly recommend shopping at Taking Shape, ask for Julie and I guarantee you’ll walk out of the shop looking and feeling good!

Great bargains to be had.but they don't always have the latest lines or best discounted prices. Best to g o online first before going to store.

I visit the Fawkner Clearance branch quite often as I love the clothing. I must commend the staff on always being professional and friendy while offering outstanding service. Today, Lena spent about two hours assisting my reluctant- shopper daughter find suutable work outfits. Her patience and understanding saw a very reluctant shopper happily leave the store with a number of tasteful outfits. My sincere gratitude to you, Lena. You made my shopping experience with my daughter an extremely pleasant one. You ladies are all wonderful.

My wife wanted a new outfit so we stopped by while she was looking around the very nice staff asked l would like a coffee very nice jester

I would really like to thank Marie for her excellent customer service helping and fitting me with 2 Bras this afternoon and and all the rest she did for me. I also thought that I had lost one of my favorite Green Amethyst earrings I phoned up and had a call back just at 4 45pm but they were unable to find it in the store. I was out at a Venue just down the road and was eating something when some crumbs fell into my Bra for Ron and guess what Ladies I found it so I am feeling so much better. Thank you again Marie and all the staff at the Shop you all Rock and I love your customer service nothing is too much for you all.

I will still call the shop tomorrow to personally let them know.

It's a huge store - a clearance centre with a full range store inside. What a great idea. The coffee station and iPads so customers can check out the whole range is a fantastic idea. It's a dangerous spot to take your partner on a Sunday afternoon. It was an expensive visit.

This is a huge store with fab styles and prices! Its easy parking and when this store has a sale, you will be awesomely surprised!
I especially enjoy browsing around and just discovering and exploring all ts has to offer

When checking vaccination status of people entering the store you need to ensure your staff know what they are looking for. It's not good enough that you bail up an 89 year old woman that had the original hard copy of her Govt issued certificate and tell her Its not the correct documentation required. Shame on you. Totally understand the need to check for vaccinated although staff need to recognise the appropriate Govt issued certificate.

Great outlet

I was there this morning and served by the lovely Debbie. Her customer service was exceptional. I was assisted with exactly what I wanted and she never pressured me to buy. There is a huge range of clothing to choose from. Its a massive shop. I will definitely be back.

Pricey for an outlet (although sometimes you can pick up a rare $9 treasure).
Good quality clothing, so really worth the price.
