I have order my shirts from Tailors Mark several years. They fit me perfectly and I'll get what I have ordered - always. Easy to order when you have save your measurement into the system.

Great quality but also outstanding service. First cut wasn't quite perfect so they promptly adjusted and now I'm a regular.perfect every time!

So simple to get the feel of a tailored service from the comfort of my own home. Adjusted my left wrist sizes to fit a chunky watch with ease. Love the choice of fabrics by weave and weight.

Very disappointed with the inability of the rep to organise a "fitting session" for me. Was trying to chase an appointment from November to Jan to no avail. Poor customer service. I'd rather not to business with a company that doesn't value its customers.

First time using, but web site easy to use and fingers crossed a shirt that fits for once - when it arrives

Love this service - even got a courtesy call to check a sizing and then they made a slight edit. Great to know that the automated process is thoroughly checked by humans and genuinely altered/amended. Every shirt I've had has been top quality, and perfectly sized.

Thus far, all experiences have been positive. Service has been quick, the products seem well made and everything is well priced. Keep it up

Thus far I have only ordered one suit and I found that TM was particularly attentive on this - visiting my office twice to ensure the fit was right. I have found customer service quick to respond to my queries.

Pricier than other sites but typically good service, good quality and lots of customisation options. Have 5 of their shirts now.

I have been looking for quite a while and i have finally found somewhere that can get my measurements correctly in a shirt.

Measurement system was easy to perform as they gave clear instructions and the step by step process was easy to follow.
