Tailors Mark

You only get one chance to make a good impression, my first impression has been absolutely terrible:

1. Spent a good deal of time sending them and online enquiry with a good amount of detail (their website states they are currently open for business and taking bookings as of today)
2.3 hours later I get a generic email (not even a phone call!? !? !) from their co-founder telling me they don't have any staff available and for me to wait indefinitely with no indication of timeframe or future contact)

Disgraceful, lazy and unprofessional way to do business. Yes COVID is still lingering but show some respect to your customers (especially those trying to organise a wedding).

Absolutely thrilled with the end result of the suits I got as well as the service. Super friendly and helpful staff and clearly very good at their jobs.

I had a suit made with Tailor's Mark last month, and I've never had a set of pants fit so well. It honestly feels like I could wear my new suit to the gym and complete a workout.

In addition to the excellent fit, the cost for a bespoke suit is very competitive - I went to a couple of other very well known brands to get an idea of the cost for a set of bespoke suits made for a wedding, and the choice to go with Tailor's mark after doing some research was a no brainer.

Dave was very helpful and guided me patiently and professionally through the whole process - from choosing my material to getting the final test fitting done. Can't recommend this place enough.

Awesome results. My shirts are the right size and delivered to my door; my new suit did not require a second fitting or any adjustment; my measurements are kept up to date in the database for future purchases. Tailors Mark are really providing the service that I need for business attire. And I hear they're coming with a body fitting apps, can't wait to never ever have to go back to shopping malls.

Sam and the team were incredible, this was my first bespoke suit made for my wedding and they guided me through start to finish.
There was a tight schedule to get things done and they pulled out all the stops to make sure my suit was measured, delivered and fit perfectly for the big day.

I have never been a suit person before this. This Whole experience has changed my way of dressing! Superb materials and service. Very thoughtful designs. Such a pleasant experience for me when I could not to go else where to make a perfect match to my tummy. Awsome!

Sam Donaldson and the tailors mark team looked after me from the initial consultation though to the final fitting. Would highly recommend them for both quality and service. Sam was very prompt in organizing follow up fittings and keeping me up to date on expected delivery times for my suit, as well as ensuring all the little details and fit were perfect.

I like the service and the response, the only point (and it is on me) is that I am a little afraid if I am taking the correct measurements.

Good website with enough detailed options to make designing your own shirt a good experience. Need to do some development work to make display and navigation slightly better - for example the bottom of the page with the 'Next' button doesn't seem to display using Microsoft Edge (page doesn't resize properly with a full sized window. Also when selecting fabric contrast there is a very small space to see the fabrics with all the other frames around it taking up all the space - makes it hard to navigate through the fabric options.

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I originally ordered two shirts based off one of my favourite shirts and unfortunately they didn’t quite fit as expected. I emailed them and they promptly replied to have the shirts remade. In the end I actually went to their office to be thoroughly measured as they are close to where I live. A local Australian business well worth supporting.

First class website with many options and very user-friendly. Superb quality and real article is very close to online representation. Excellent shopping experience - cheers.

Just for the record. I have already purchased one shirt which came exactly as ordered and I love everything about it except I wish I had not ordered the high stiff collar. If I could change it to normal stiffness, even for a small fee, I would.

Tailor's Mark is a great online pop-up idea that has helped me immensely with finding business shirts appropriate for work. I have strange body dimensions (average height; long torso, short legs) so finding shirts long enough is a real struggle for me, and even when I do I usually have to take whatever I can get regardless of what it looks like or the price, and even then I'm usually in discomfort as the wrong movement can untuck my shirt throughout the day. Additionally, to get a shirt that barely makes the cut of being "long enough" I need to go several sizes up, resulting in a baggy shirt that needs to be taken in by a tailor before I can wear it, a service which can often cost as much as or more than the actual shirt. Tailor's Mark lets me have comfortable shirts delivered to me which never untuck, never need additional tailoring and always look exactly how I want them to because I design them myself in the easy-to-use online shirt design tool. I did once receive a shirt that wasn't the right fit, but the customer service team was a dream throughout and exchanged them for me, no fuss, no foul. I never have to worry anymore about finding shirts for work. Thank you, Tailors Mark!
