My watch has been serviced at Tag Heuer Melbourne over the last three years. Their service has always been professional. Communication is prompt and friendly, keeping you informed in real time throughout the service of you item. Staff go out of their way to make sure the maintenance of your watch is as carefree and streamlined as possible. I would not trust my watch to any other establishment. My most recent service was facilitated by Lochlyn, who I found very helpful, informed and friendly.a great ambassador/asset for Tag Heuer.

I felt compelled to write a review after the amazing service I received from Tag Heuer in Collins St Melbourne and the service center in Sydney LVMH. I have a Tag watch a link Caliber S Chrono which is over ten years old which I adore. The Watch developed a fault with the hour hand. I mainly dealt with Darren at the Tag service center and even after quite a few calls and lots of questions/requests, nothing was too hard for them/him. I dropped of the watch at Collins St and even though I didn't buy the watch from them, the staff made me feel welcome. I got full communication during the the repair. Super quick turn around (about two weeks). They managed to fix the watch under the minimum service fee and it came back looking like new, all clean and polished. Tx again, will not hesitate to go back for service or purchase.

Today, I got a beautiful watch for my nephew's graduation present:), he - Alan recommended the watch within my budget, even with a travelling box, he is very thoughtful, really appreciated. Excellent service!

My wife and I received the very best service from Lochlyn when I ordered a rubber bracelet for my 2010 Tag Heuer Carrera - he was super helpful, in fact his service was so good and above average that my wife bought an Aqua Racer from him on that day. A very friendly and professional gentleman and I will make sure that I will buy my next Tag Heuer from him.

Took my watch in for the first time in over 15 years for a repair; It needed a new spring for the dial around the face. I wear the watch daily and fair to say it was pretty banged up and scratched all over. It came back after a week or so looking brand new. Amazing! If I knew they could make it look so good I'd take it in annually. I'll stop by during the week to thank them and give my feedback in person.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff, dressed in trash suits. I wouldn’t buy a sausage roll from these people let alone an up market watch.

5 days for a battery change. What a joke.

As a returning customer, looks like things have changed at this “boutique”. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

I recently had my watch repaired here after accidentally damaging it. While the repair did take some time (about 8 weeks) I was told that time frame from the beginning. They have a good system to keep you informed along the way, the watch was properly fixed and the price surprisingly reasonable.

Staff were always friendly and service good. I would happily use them again.

TAG Heuer products are unreliable, as is the service from this office. I have a watch that has been returned 5 times in 5 years and now I am being asked for more than $600 for repairs that are not my fault. I guess we're not meant to hand watches down to our children any more, not with this inferior product. Do not bother with TAG, buy a real timepiece from a premium brand.

Unlike other luxury Swiss watch brands they're non pretentious here with a superior product knowledge.

If you need a new Tag, the shopping experience at the Melbourne boutique will be hard to beat. It's a pleasure to visit!

Never use again! I needed a new battery in my watch - I have called twice and they have not sent me the box to return my watch. $130 to have the battery changed - I'm going somewhere else. TAG your customer service in non-existent.
