Severely disappointed with my dream TAG Heuer watch. Poorest quality watch I've had, and it lasted less time than my CASIO and SEIKO watches, which is very sad. I won't be buying TAG ever again and will be advocating against the brand. It was my dream watch as a child, and my wife bought it for me for my 30th b'day. Since then, it's had 2 major failures: 2 years ago the watch face went loose and was in free rotation; and now the mechanism has completely stopped. Each time such a failure occurred, TAG wanted to charge me $360.that's 20% of the cost each time. No thanks. Cutting my losses here and now.

Took my watch in there to be serviced. Wasn't aware that it had to be sent away. Was a family heirloom.
Unfortunately felt like it was a bit of a chore by the staff. Will definitely be considering that if I'm looking at buying a nice watch in the future.

My watch needed a service and a repair, I was advised exactly what would happen, how long it would take and then because I could not collect it was sent to my home, fantastic service

So after months of lockdown and saving quite a lot due to not being able to go out I decided to treat myself to a new watch. The service the staff gave me was exceptional and gave me confidence i was doing the right thing. They took time to answer all of my questions and explain all the features of the numerous watches.

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received to date from what is considered a "Premium Brand". I have had a watch in for repair for over 6 weeks which I had to pay for in full in advance. I have not received any follow-up to date from TAG Australia other than my calls to the store. Today once again I followed up to be advised that they have no outlook date to when the watch will be returned. I was put on hold to speak to the store manager after which I was advised no store manager was available! All I want is my watch repaired and returned as this is what i paid over $1000 for in advance.
