Taco Bill - Cranbourne

First time getting food from here tonight, I'll be back. We had a combination of soft and hard beef and seafood tacos with rice, yum.

I mean the food was good, but it took forever to arrive and missing 2 tacos, not even answering the phone

Very slow service, nearly 1.5 hours wait restaurant not even half full.even forgot to put the meat in the nachos.

Ordered over the phone and asked for a Nacho and Enchilada pack with beef, and the beef nachos had no beef! Got in contact with the store and we went around in circles with the manager Jess continually suggesting that "It's ok we left something out, your meal isn't wrong" after admitting they were at fault. No refund offered only incredibly rude suggestions of driving back to pick up a replacement. Very disappointing!

I love everything about this little cute TB it’s tucked away so maybe not everyone knows about it behind the e shops but it’s the best TB I’ve been to.
They are so friendly welcoming even when they are flat off their feet. Their food and service is always brilliant and they are just so nice (especially the boy with the blond hair so friendly polite and hardworking). Can’t wait to see you guys soon

Good food and drinks
Gets a bit busy and can take a little bit to order food but usually comes out quick

Nice food, a small problem though with the dining table rocking back and forth and squeaking like a see-saw. A simple thing to fix but really annoying to patrons.

I have been dining in at Taco Bill Cranbourne for many years now and have always found the staff to be super friendly and pleasant, and the food extra flavoursome and tasty. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and I love their weekly specials.

Just ordered this for my family, takeaway and it was really disappointing, the seafood taco was small had no scollops just 3 prawns, my partners enchilada was absolutely tiny and oily and not worth $10.: (

Very good service and the food is the reason you are there. Tasty and just the right amount of naughty to drag you back. Tequila shots and margaritas don't hurt either!

I love Mexican food but this place wasn't it, the seafood burrito needed more love from the chef, hopefully next time it'll be better.

First time we've been to a Taco Bill, was a good expirience. Food was great and felt comfortable with the kids. Don't judge the location or outside appearance. Inside is clean and polite.

Sa'id the manager speaks through his simple minded minions, instead of facing a customer when they are unhappy with the food services. They must be getting below minimum wage because they don't know how to serve a customer by communication (yes you Ashley). Extremely frustrating and wont be going back! Poor quality and poor taste, and ultimately poor disinterested customer service. Well decorated on the inside, BUT maybe just focus on improving your business in every other way instead! I was going to take a photo of the food but you know what vomit looks like, so.

These guys were great when they first opened, have tried numerous times for delivery since and they are either closing or too busy. Also their opening hours are only 5.30-8.30! What a joke

Feral food, feral staff! If you are going to eat there don’t order takeout.if you’re going to eat-in perhaps dislodge the stick from fake tan wearing, snobs at the the register and save us all the trouble.

Food was nice and staff friendly. Bit annoying that they don't split bills, as makes it hard when not everyone carries cash anymore

This is one of the better Taco Bill restaurants. The food is consistently good. The downside is the staff manage to get some of our order wrong each time, but they cheerfully make it right, so it’s no big deal. The only thing I really don’t like about eating here is the noise-even yelling to the person you’re eating with only gets you so far. It is ridiculously noisy in here.

We tryed the new place on the corner of south Gippsland and Thomson's Rd, we tryed the Mexican house in Berwick, but have definitely got to give a thumbs up and by far the better restaurant better flavour, its a signiture taste

Unprofessional staff, seemed uninterested when rang to place order.my partner and I just ordered nachos to share after paying $24 for 1 regular chicken nachos - we were assured that it would feed 3 people. However it would comfortably feed one person. And aside from that the meal arrived cold with cold chicken and melted cheese. Very poor experience. Do not order from here!

UPDATE: Still haven't received a response to my email - 06-11-209 I think it's just a cop out so they appear as they have taken action
