Taco Bill - Cranbourne

Haven't been to a Taco bill for over 20 years and I must say the food is still the same as I remember, absolutely fantastic! Service was a little slow but due to being short staffed in the kitchen they did very well. I would highly recommend this restaurant as we will be going back to enjoy the experience again.

Food and drinks were amazing. Staff had low morale seemed no one was happy to be there. No rush to service. Can't fault the food it was great just disappointed in slow service.

I've never been into the restaurant itself, this is based purely on the delivered nachos. Happy with the taste, the condiments came in a separate tub as to not cool the chips, beef, and cheese. Guacamole tasty. Thanks will re order for sure if I get another nacho craving. Ps the large size is definitely big enough for two.

Waited 45 mins for our food and it was disgusting, the meat was a smooth frothy paste, something like my cat would throw up.

Writing this review as I sit here in the restaurant on the verge of a food coma. Were craving Mexican and this hit the spot repeatedly. Sangria was great and well priced, fajitas was sizzlingly good and beef burrito was great. Staff were friendly and great. The decor is a bit run down but it adds to the authentic Mexican experience. Will come back for more soon.

Went in for dinner Iast night with the family. Service was good, food was hot and fresh and served efficiently and the meal sizes were good too.
Will definitely be back when want some Mexican again.

The initial service from the team was okay. Nothing different to what I'd get from a Mcdonalds but once we sat down, the waitress we got at the table was more welcoming and patient with us. I used to go to the Taco Bill at the old church on the main street of Cranbourne and was hoping to give my partner a similar experience to what I had there but unfortunately for us, the experience coming to this particular restaurant was very much like any other restaurant you'd go to. The menu has slimmed down and tasted okay. I'm not a massive fan of the food but it wasn't awful. Appreciate the work from the kitchen and waiters but disappointed by the lack of culture and theatrics this place used to go to back in the day.

Visited for the first time in a couple of years tonight and could not possibly be more impressed, awesome food and service. Will absolutely be back regularly

I found their food very bland, no spice instead they marinate the chicken and beef, tastes awful, ruined it for me, but their nachos are nice, that's why I gave them 2 points

Very friendly service, food was great. This is our favorite Taco Bill. My son travels from the eastern suburbs to have Mexican food here. 10/10. We will be back.

Not enough staff. We waited about 30 mins to order meal then drinks only because the 2 wait staff were too busy to give better service. They were friendly and apologised for the delays. The food was excellent but the lack of staff spoilt our experience. The girls did a good job when they could save us.
Owners you need to employ more staff.

Good service but in terms of food, Quite expensive and small portion that makes me rate this way

Great food and service.
Even tried a new beer, which was quite nice as well.
Desserts were so nice.

Overall enjoyed our food however we noticed the staff just standing around the front counter talking to each other. It was hard to get their attention

Went on a Tuesday at 6pm, booked ahead. The restaurant was nowhere near full, yet it still took 45 minutes for anyone to see us for our drink order. I understand that times are rough right now especially for restaurants/hospitality workers, but instead of apologising for the wait, my partner and I were ignored and walked past. There were two people on the floor (a bartender and a server) and I am not blaming them whatsoever- I believe management should have rostered at least one more person on, as they were very obviously overwhelmed.
The only saving grace was the food, which was absolutely delicious.
Will not be going back to this location again.

The food was good. Pricey but that what get for eating out these days. Stay home make tacos there.it's cheap, fun and just as messy. The staff were quick to help us but just didn't seem that into their job. Meh.

Sorry guys but really bad experience tonight. Waited to order 20 min. Ordered a starter that came out after the main meal. Food very average nothing like Springvale. I will drive an extra 30 min to another taco Bill before I would think of returning here. You have lost another local customer please learn.

This is our ‘go to favourite’ take away! We live approx. 8 kms away and have enjoyed seriously good food 9/10 times for the last 12 months. The only time we get soggy food is when drivers make stops prior to our delivery. We have been trying to order dinner via Menulog for weeks now unsuccessfully, ordering seems to be turned off/not available, so we are super disappointed

Great food and service.
Same meal as I eat at another and this was far nicer with better presentation.
